I gave them 265 dollars and it’s been 4 weeks with nothing being shipped to me. Better yet they don’t have a phone number (I can imagine why when you are stealing) and they stopped responding to my emails or new tickets submitted. They blamed the “warehouse” for the issue with no other explanation. They won’t refund money but told me how to return the product for a refund…. Return a product they never sent if you can believe that.
Update: after 32 days and no explanation or product mailed they have decided that they will refund me. I said I did not want a refund the entire time but here we are. I guess I’ll have to buy from a 3rd party as they seem to be better at selling products than pax themselves. Embarrassing.
Bad Customer Service
Like everyone else here. Seems that customer service is non existent. The main draw to my purchase of 2 pax 3's was the long warranty. Did all the steps and was told by an automated response that after 2 yrs of use I am charging it wrong. When they finally crap out they are going in the trash! Glad I got them on sale.

I filed a warranty support request three times but never received a confirmation email. First time was Feb 25th 2023, then March 2nd and then today March 9th. Haven't heard a word.
I bought several Pax 3 series from their site, but this particular device was bought from "Planet of the Vapes" and one of the reps told me that "Pax® no longer lets them handle the warranty issues." That it has to be done in house.
When I've contacted them I've found they don't reply to emails, no one answers the phone and there's no way to leave a voicemail.
I would be hesitant as a business to endorse Pax® as a reliable company and I would be hesitant as a customer to purchase their merchandise.
I've got to agree with the battery statement.. they either go out, stop charging, or the device overheats. I've had all three issues over the last 4 years I've bought from them.
There's no recourse after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
Time to move on.
Terrible customer service
Well I recieved a defective product, then they asked me a series of questions that I answered. Then they asked me to send in a video, so I did which supported my claim. And then I just never heard back from them... had to go to my local shop to get help.

I really love this product overall and have only had quality experiences with customer service. I had a pax 3 stop charging, and reached out to customer service. They took my information and the serial number, and then sent me a new pax 3. I am surprised to hear that they weren’t able to help out some other customers and am sorry to learn they let some people down. To me, they are a great company with a great product, but definitely far from the best. The system itself will work no problem, but if you like to get the most out of your herb, you probably want to have the unit running at a high temperature. If you do this, the unit will literally become too hot to hold. So hot to the point you will be passing it from hand to hand like a hot potato. The company should be offering a sleeve to put around the body of the unit, like a foam koozie, because it is not worth using anywhere outside on the summer. It also requires a lot of cleaning. I also have used The Mighty from Storz and Bickel, and it doesn’t require near the same amounts of cleaning. So the Pax 3 is a solid product and is great for the winter months lol. It’s definitely a great choice for people buying their first flower vape. Also, don’t bother using any concentrate in it. The company advertises that the Pax 3 can vape concentrate, but I’ve tried it multiple times with multiple options, and it simply can’t get hot enough. You can put kief in there or hash, but any live resin or rosin or dabs or badder or anything like that really requires something much hotter. So great for flower, but awful for concentrates.

If there were a No star option this device deserves it. Don't waste your money or time as this device is pure JUNK and useless. I'm surprised it's still being sold... someone needs to report this useless device and pull it off the market ASAP! I thought my device was broke since it barely draws in any smoke... But that's the design. What a waste!

I have never had anything but great customer service. I've been a customer since 2013 and had the original PAX with the spring loaded mouthpiece. Was able to upgrade to PAX 2 when the spring went bad, love the new design that eliminated the spring. Had one warranty issue that was taken care of seamlessly. Great product and company.
Avoid!!!! - ***Edit PAX came through ***
1 star is generous. Terrible customer service, my Pax very suddenly 3 stopped charging and Pax labs seem to have no intentions of helping or honoring my warranty, which is fully valid. I was told we may need to send you a new device, but in the next breath stated, 'We don't have any stock to send you a replacement, but stock may become available in around 60 days'. Their only attempt at providing me with any help was to press on the battery terminals on the device, which of course did not nothing to help my situation. Did not request any videos example of the problems, I have tried multiple chargers and different usb sockets, but it just seems as if Pax are not interested at all. Totally disappointing, but seeing the amount of other 1-star reviews here it's not surprising

Well, I have to change this review, after chasing Pax again I seemingly got through to a much more helpful and less robotic customer service agent. To cut a long story short a replacement device was eventually shipped which I have now received. I am still disappointed by my initial experience however I am thankful and grateful that PAX came through in the end.

PAX Customer Service is outstanding
PAX Customer Service is outstanding! I have bought 3 of them and unfortunately had to bother them for warranty service a few times, once when COVID 19 first hit. Even then after some time a replacement was able to be sent. My latest experience with PAX Labs was this week, and received A1 service. It was processed within a day and UPS brought it today, Saturday. I forgot UPS did Saturdays. PAX couldn't be doing a better job!

The Pax 3 device I bought yesterday is junk. I tried 4 times to vape flower only to be frustrated beond belief. Then the metal part of my concentrate thing separated from the rubber part. The instructions were vague and incomplete AND SMALL PRINT. Really? The battery is insufficient. This was not worth my money $249.99.
Paid and got nothing, not even a response to questions
Ordered a Pax 3 more than two weeks ago and it has not even shipped.
I contacted customer service to ask when the item would be shipped and to cancel it if they did not have a timeframe. They replied and did not respond about the shipping time nor the refund. They just give some lame spiel trying to blame the mail curriers - even though they have not even shipped the order nor given any tracking information to me. They completely ignored my questions about both the shipping and a refund!
Do NOT recommend buying through this company!!!! TERRIBLE service. I paid $200 though, and they’re happy to keep the money and ignore the customer.
After three weeks, no real response from customer service and leaving this review Pax finally sent me a confirmation email saying they cancelled my order. Let’s see if there actually issue a refund. Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. They give customers the run-around, and that’s if they actually bother to reply. For international customers, it’s a nightmare to deal with this company. They hold other countries hostage to draconian US policy. As a EU resident, they require I verify my age (ok, is what it is), but then only allow me to register with US information, and that’s when trying to use the European website! These clowns have zero clue what they’re actually doing. They make low quality products that break easily. I’m just trying get the charger replaced and they’ve turned it into an ordeal that is taking months to resolve.

Bad experience with customer service. I've been waiting over a week for my order and it hasn't even shipped and they can't cancel the order. So I'm just waiting for them to pack my order the ship it just so I can send it back. I've seen other reviewers with the same experience so this seems common so just find somewhere else to buy.

I purchased a PAX3 2 years ago there was a problem I had with it. I got in contact with customer and was connected by Rachael. She was brilliant within a day of provided her with the problem she replaced my pax. I was expecting to jump through hoops sending it back etc.etc. none of that.
