Do not fall into this companies trap they email to say you owe money when you know you don’t and threaten you with court to try and scare you. God knows how much money they take from people, they are scam artists, reported to police.

Amazing. I fell behind on my regular payments instead of them charging me more they let re-think the payment plan and did it to suit my needs. I love its online and the process is very fairxand realistic.

Sack the bullies off
The worst interaction with a company I have ever had. Sending threatening letters before claim to scare and intimidate people even though a monthly direct debit had been set up! I even emailed them telling them to stop harassing me when I was paying and they were apologetic😭. The most useless and saddest company I have dealt with. Just to make everyone aware.. they won’t take you to court for £200 worth of debt. Sack them off, bullies.

Absolute SCAM sent my elderly mom a "Letter Before Claim" for £122.97 Just to let you know my mom has never had anything on credit or even a direct debit for any bills...good luck with this one. Hope you get what's coming to you trying to scam elderly people like this...won't even tell me what the debt is, that helps.

SCAMMERS bullying people to reap where they did not sow
This SCAM called AJJB law keeps threatening, intimidating and bullying me to pay rebel energy, who has never supplied me energy. Rebel energy has confirmed severally through the phone and Email that I am not owing them. I have also reached out to CAB who checked the energy database and confirmed that Rebel energy has never supplied me energy. This SCAM called AJJB law insist they want to go to court. Nothing but bullies. Sending letters to my elderly very ill father that he owes klarna 3000 pounds. He doesn't even know what klarna is and has never had credit. Disgusting people. Have been reported to the police. Sending official looking paperwork to scare him

Great assistance and costumer service
many thanks to Vienna Welthy from the assistance team.
The costumer service was very responsive and comprehensive. My old internet provider issued erroneously a debt in my name. After explaining the error to Vienna from ajjb law the matter was resolved right away!
(Do not ignore them, the company is surely NOT fake or a scam as reported on many websites)

This company IS a scam!! Be careful!!
This company IS a scam. I received text messages saying it’s regarding British Telecommunications PLC. I called British Telecommunications PLC and they confirmed I have NEVER had an account with them AND there is no debt. They also confirmed they do not know who AJJB Law is, and they never have anyone send SMS messages. I called Experian and my score is still 999. They have confirmed that there is NO outstanding debts against my name, and this SMS is a scam. My next step is to report the firm to the SRA and the police. I work for a criminal law firm btw, this is not how lawyers work.

I had a letter sent saying I owed £324 …
I had a letter sent saying I owed £324 to BT .I paid it because I got scared thinking I owed money, but straight after paying them I called BT who told me I should have called them first because I've never missed a payment with them as I pay by DD. I contacted my gang who then reimbursed my money . Now they are still sending me emails for the same amount .
I WONT BE SCAMMED AGAIN !! YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO MORALS SCARING OAP'S !
