Scam wallet: I am using some websites for earning crypto. These sites send payment to Payeer. Hence I deposited all payments to Payeer. I have a verified account. But recently, when I tried to use the funds to pay on a website to buy ad credit, payeer blocked me. When I asked for the reason, the only answer I got is my account hacked. I need to reverify my account using sms verification. Here, I want to inform that for each sms verification they charge $0.25. I have argued that if I am already verified why I need to re-verify? They said, suspicious activity about fund withdrawal. When I told them that it is me only trying to pay invoice using payeer, I got a vague answer with a random wallet address and questioned me that does this address belong to you. I said I don't recognize. That's it. After this answer, they are forcing me to use sms service verification which they want to charge me. I already suggested that I can provide all my KYC documents again rather than using the paid service. They said no. I have to use it. I questioned if you are going to charge me? No answer, but again same question asked to me again and again - Does this wallet belong to you? I gave up being frustrated. I warn people not to use it.

Update: Even if all the information provided, they are still holding off my earnings and asking me useless questions again and again. Please don't use it or else you will loose your money.

Best payment transaction site I ever experienced.

I used Payeer for a payment transfer. The payment from my side was completed successfully, but the recipient never received the funds. They advised me to contact Payeer directly and check with them.

I reached out to Payeer, explained the situation in detail, and provided all the necessary proof of the transaction. However, the only response I received was an instruction to log in to my Payeer account and file a complaint again. I explained multiple times that I never created an account with them, and that the payment was made through a direct link generated for me specifically for the transfer.

Despite submitting my complaint four times and clarifying the situation, I kept receiving the same automated response, with no real assistance.

At this point, my money is gone, and there is no proper support from Payeer to resolve the issue.

Be careful I strongly advise against using them.

Bad choice!!! The fees are extremely high! Plus the minimum amounts to do anything makes it impossible to remove the remaining 3 dollars that I have in my payeers account. I deeply regret even knowing this platform. 1 star cause I can't put zero. Stay away from this place

I have been a Payeer user for over 2 years and my experience has gone from decent to absolutely frustrating. From the very beginning, I have always logged in with the same password and received a 2FA code via email to confirm my logins. Everything seemed fine, until one day, out of nowhere, my password was suddenly “incorrect.”

Naturally, I tried resetting it. But instead of a simple email link (the standard procedure on any professional platform), Payeer demanded a security key I never set up. Their system doesn’t even allow a basic password reset via email, which is unacceptable and highly unprofessional for a financial platform.

I contacted support, expecting them to help me regain access. Instead of assisting, they demanded I send a photo of myself holding my ID, my Payeer ID, and their website link—all just to access my own account. While I appreciate security measures, this was excessive and unnecessary when a simple email reset link could solve the issue instantly.

I politely asked why my password suddenly stopped working without any reset notification, but instead of clarifying or taking accountability, their “support” just kept repeating the same request like robots: “Send your ID, send your ID.” No explanation, no real help, no customer care—just bureaucracy and frustration. It feels less like security and more like a trap to force customers to give up their personal information.

At this point, I have given up on Payeer entirely. They can keep the money in my wallet because clearly, they don’t value their customers and don’t care about making their platform user-friendly or transparent.

If you want a reliable, transparent, and professional company, avoid Payeer at all costs. But if you are willing to risk losing access to your money and dealing with a support team that treats customers like suspects instead of clients, then go ahead, but when things go wrong, you’ll have only yourself to blame.

A scam site that cheats through its fake sites in order to stay on the sidelines and get a share, never transfer money through this site, you will get nothing and will be left without money!
