My biggest issue with Payeer is the lack of transparency and communication. When they request verification, they do not clearly explain what documents are needed or why. I sent everything they asked for, and instead of reviewing it, support continued to copy-paste the same instructions again and again. There is no direct compliance contact, no clear timelines, and no responsible specialist assigned to the case. It feels like everything goes into a void. A financial service should provide clarity and consistency, but this one does not. I cannot recommend relying on it for serious use.

I had my Payeer account frozen and significant funds blocked after months/years of receiving regular cryptocurrency payments from a client as payment for freelance design work. I do not buy cryptocurrency — all funds were payments for completed projects. I provided multiple screenshots of crypto transactions, copies of communications with the client confirming payment terms, and samples of completed work, chat with client with work discussion. Despite this, compliance kept requesting additional “proof of origin” and repeatedly ignored the evidence already submitted. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and there was no clear explanation of what would satisfy their requirements. Having legitimate income frozen for weeks/months with no timely resolution is extremely damaging — avoid relying on this service if you expect reasonable, transparent handling of compliance cases.

Withdrawals from Payeer were blocked despite completing all KYC/AML checks. Everything was proven, and I was so zealous that I deposited the funds into my crypto wallet in parts. Support is poorly responding. They don't want to refund or transfer anything.
Issue Solved! Video Proof Helped Get My Account Restored
Update:
After several follow-ups and sending two detailed video recordings explaining my work process and payment proofs, Payeer has approved my verification request and unfrozen my account.
For anyone facing a similar issue, I recommend creating a clear video recording where you explain your work procedure and show live proof of how you receive your funds (for example, client conversations, payment confirmations, and service delivery).
It seems they prefer video evidence over screenshots, and in my case, that helped resolve the issue successfully.
Thanks to the Payeer support team for finally reviewing everything carefully and restoring my account access.

I’ve been using Payeer since 2022, and my account was fully verified with ID long ago. Recently, without any prior notice or clear reason, Payeer suddenly froze my account holding nearly $5,000 — money I legitimately received from my clients as a freelancer.
I immediately opened a support ticket (#6868605) and submitted all the requested verification documents, along with video evidence showing the legitimacy of my earnings and transactions. However, it’s been over two days with no response, and almost a week since I lost access to my funds.
This situation is unacceptable. I’ve trusted Payeer for years, but now I’m unable to use my own legitimate funds while their support has gone completely silent. Seeing recent reports about Payeer being fined for sanctions violations and compliance issues only adds to my concern about the platform’s reliability.
I hope Payeer reviews my case urgently and restores access to my account. Until then, I cannot recommend using this service — especially if you rely on it for your freelance income.
Payeer is my best trusted e-wallet.

I use PAYEER for last 2 years. 4 days ago they blocked my account without explenation. I provided them all information, but they do not unblocking my account to use my money. do not recomend!!! not honest behaviour.

I opened a support ticket but I can't access it. I made a payment but transaction still cancelled they never refund or respond to my mails. I'm still sending mail to this day.
