Reactivation is the key word for successful withdraw in the new payeer system, I didn’t get it at the first time now I do, advice is the best thing you can get from someone who loves you. I know many people won’t understand this if I didn’t explain well enough. When I heard about the new payeer system I didn’t believe that much but at the same time I can’t lose my money just like that without giving it a try which I tried and first step was that I was asked to merge my account then here comes to the second step I was asked to verify my kyc which led to the third step account reactivation but I didn’t agree with the account reactivation process because I was asked to deposit into my account which I was not sure of if it will work if I deposited for my account reactivation so I left than I told my mom who is now 71 years old about it here was what she said to me ( TRYING IS NEVER A SIN BUT GIVING UP IS AND IT IS WHO GIVES UP HE/SHE IS THE LOSER ) so I understand the language cause I always believed the my mom is so wise, then I went back to the new payeer system and clarify things again with them and made the deposit this was how my account was activated immediately and I was able to withdraw my money back without wasting any time. I am contacting you regarding ticket n°6931836 relating to my withdrawal request.
Following the opening of this ticket, I was subjected to verifications that I carried out in accordance with the instructions of the support. I was then asked to provide my Ethereum and Bitcoin addresses to proceed with the refund, which I did immediately.
In the last message received, dated February 1, 2026, the support told me that my funds would be transferred within 14 working days. To date, February 21, 2026, I have still not received any deposit on my wallet and I have not received any payment confirmation.
This situation worries me deeply. In addition, when I tried to access the site a few days ago, it was no longer functional, which accentuates my concerns.
I would like to emphasize that the funds concerned represent all my savings, necessary to support my family. I am currently a tenant with almost two months of unpaid and I may receive notice. To feed my family, I am forced to go into debt while my money has been blocked for almost three months.
For about two months, I have multiplied the steps to recover these funds. I opened several tickets before, before focusing on the last one, as support had asked me. After many exchanges, I was finally confirmed that the payment would be made within 14 working days. To date, I still haven't received anything.

I have finally learned an important lesson, and I am grateful that I did not learn it the hard way. After what happened with Payeer, I promised myself that I would never involve myself in anything related to cryptocurrency again. At the time, I had a total balance of $31,882 USD in my Payeer wallet. When the platform shut down, I immediately contacted their support team. I was instructed to apply for a withdrawal request, which I did successfully. I was informed that my funds would be released within 14 working days. However, after the 14 working days had passed, I received nothing. I attempted to contact them again, but there was no response—not even to a simple “Hello.” This situation caused me serious concern, and I almost believed that I had lost everything.
Despite this, I refused to give up. I strongly believe that giving up means losing, so I decided to carry out my own research. During this process, I discovered that Payeer had recreated its services under a new domain: payeer-exchange.io. I contacted the new platform and was instructed to merge my account. I followed all the required procedures carefully and completed the verification process as directed. Through this process, I was finally able to recover my funds. Today, I can confidently say that my issue with Payeer has been fully resolved, and all my USD funds have been successfully restored.

All I needed to do was merge my old payeer account to regain access. After completing the merge, I was able to log in successfully, and all of my tokens were intact. I then reactivated my account, and once the process was complete, I was able to withdraw my funds without any issues.

Payeer refuses to refund balance
My account is blocked due to service termination in Russia. I have a balance of about $300. Support (Ticket #6931547) refuses to refund my money, claiming they only process withdrawals over $500. This is an illegal withholding of funds. There is no such limit in the Terms of Service. I demand a manual refund to my crypto wallet.

My experience with Payeer has been extremely disappointing.
My account had a balance of 298 USD. The company requested full verification, including:
- Passport copy
- Source of funds verification

SCAMMERS WHO STOLE ALL MY MONEY
I have been struggling for so long to withdraw as a South African citizen.
For weeks ive been in contact with support but they would always take forever to respond, and even when they do, i wouldnt get the help i needed at all. Now i am struggling to withdraw due to sanctions. idk what that's all about or what it has to do with me. i have over $150 in that account, & noone from support is assisiting me AT ALL. I tried the payeerexchange but later figured that other sites claiming to be payeer are also just scams that want u to pay in order to even get ur funds, dont fall for it. Payeer has not responded to my emails and support inquiries in several WEEKS.
Here's an update, DO NOT & I REPEAT, DO NOT USE PAYEER AT ALL. They have ran away with my money, and when i email them they don't respond at ALL. The site is closed down completely now. I am furious & so sad.

I am a freelancer who has earned my income entirely through legitimate online work. However, my funds are currently frozen, with “compliance” cited as the reason—an excuse I consider invalid.
You are requesting “Proof of Address” documents (utility bills), which are impossible for many freelancers or individuals living in shared housing to provide. Even after submitting a self-declaration, my case continues to be stalled and ignored.
Furthermore, while you claim to adhere to strict European regulations, I have an official letter from the Financial Crime Investigation Service (FCIS) in Lithuania confirming that Payeer is not registered or supervised in Lithuania. Payeer is legally registered in Paraguay (Registration: 80140848-2), likely to avoid strict regulatory oversight.
This situation constitutes fraud by policy, as the verification process is effectively designed to prevent users from accessing their small balances.

I am experiencing a serious issue with Payeer regarding a withdrawal that has been pending for a long time.

I contacted Payeer support, and they requested several verification documents, which I provided as asked. They also requested my Wallet address in order to process the withdrawal.
