Reactivation is the key word for successful withdraw in the new payeer system, I didn’t get it at the first time now I do, advice is the best thing you can get from someone who loves you. I know many people won’t understand this if I didn’t explain well enough. When I heard about the new payeer system I didn’t believe that much but at the same time I can’t lose my money just like that without giving it a try which I tried and first step was that I was asked to merge my account then here comes to the second step I was asked to verify my kyc which led to the third step account reactivation but I didn’t agree with the account reactivation process because I was asked to deposit into my account which I was not sure of if it will work if I deposited for my account reactivation so I left than I told my mom who is now 71 years old about it here was what she said to me ( TRYING IS NEVER A SIN BUT GIVING UP IS AND IT IS WHO GIVES UP HE/SHE IS THE LOSER ) so I understand the language cause I always believed the my mom is so wise, then I went back to the new payeer system and clarify things again with them and made the deposit this was how my account was activated immediately and I was able to withdraw my money back without wasting any time. I am contacting you regarding ticket n°6931836 relating to my withdrawal request.

Following the opening of this ticket, I was subjected to verifications that I carried out in accordance with the instructions of the support. I was then asked to provide my Ethereum and Bitcoin addresses to proceed with the refund, which I did immediately.

In the last message received, dated February 1, 2026, the support told me that my funds would be transferred within 14 working days. To date, February 21, 2026, I have still not received any deposit on my wallet and I have not received any payment confirmation.

This situation worries me deeply. In addition, when I tried to access the site a few days ago, it was no longer functional, which accentuates my concerns.

I would like to emphasize that the funds concerned represent all my savings, necessary to support my family. I am currently a tenant with almost two months of unpaid and I may receive notice. To feed my family, I am forced to go into debt while my money has been blocked for almost three months.

For about two months, I have multiplied the steps to recover these funds. I opened several tickets before, before focusing on the last one, as support had asked me. After many exchanges, I was finally confirmed that the payment would be made within 14 working days. To date, I still haven't received anything.

After what happened with Payeer, I promised myself that I would never involve myself in anything related to cryptocurrency again. At the time, I had a total balance of $31,882 USD in my Payeer wallet. When the platform shut down, I immediately contacted their support team. I was instructed to apply for a withdrawal request, which I did successfully. I was informed that my funds would be released within 14 working days. However, after the 14 working days had passed, I received nothing. This is truly great news for all of us. Payeer, supported by operations in the United States and Russia, has launched a new website that allows users to withdraw their funds successfully. I tested it personally this morning, and everything worked perfectly.

My account is blocked due to service termination in Russia. I have a balance of about $300. Support (Ticket #6931547) refuses to refund my money, claiming they only process withdrawals over $500. This is an illegal withholding of funds. There is no such limit in the Terms of Service. I demand a manual refund to my crypto wallet.

My experience with Payeer has been extremely disappointing.

My account had a balance of 298 USD. The company requested full verification, including:
- Passport copy
- Source of funds verification
- Cryptocurrency withdrawal addresses (BTC and ETH)

I provided ALL requested documents multiple times. In some cases, I was asked to resend the same documents again.

After confirming that my funds would be returned, access to the service was closed and I have not received my money.

It has now been more than one week with no response from support.

I have been struggling for so long to withdraw as a South African citizen.

For weeks ive been in contact with support but they would always take forever to respond, and even when they do, i wouldnt get the help i needed at all. Payeer is legally registered in Paraguay (Registration: 80140848-2), likely to avoid strict regulatory oversight.
This situation constitutes fraud by policy, as the verification process is effectively designed to prevent users from accessing their small balances.

It has not been so good or easy on me Mr beast using payeer which all the funds I saved up for my son school fees was in payeer and payeer decided not to give it to me to pay my son school fee saying I should message them on what kind of mail which I message them but no one answered which I’m not the only one saying it, I also have friends that have funds on payeer and we all message payeer but no answer till I find out that when payeer closed that them moved to payeer-exchange.io which I was told to merge my old payeer account which I did and I was able to access and withdraw my funds which goes to my friends too we all are happy

I am experiencing a serious issue with Payeer regarding a withdrawal that has been pending for a long time.

I contacted Payeer support, and they requested several verification documents, which I provided as asked. They also requested my Wallet address in order to process the withdrawal.

Despite fully cooperating with the support team and providing all required information, I have not received any funds in my wallet, and the money is still not available to me.also I contact the email they left after closing their page (Finance Email).

At this point, communication has stopped, and I have received no clear explanation or confirmation regarding the status of my funds.

PAYEER support just refunded my crypto !

It took 38 days between the time i made the withdrawal ticket and when the support sent the crypto to my wallet address.

The company has stolen my money. The site is not operational anymore, it only shows contact email for withdrawal requests, but my email message remains unanswered for five days already. Looks like typical exit scam.

Payeer permanently closed my account and blocked all access.
There is no ticket system or support channel available.
I sent a formal legal notice and received no response.
Because of the closure, I cannot access my balance or retrieve screenshots.
My funds remain withheld with no explanation.
