Scammers - this is my opinion. Allegedly, under pressure from the sanctions regime, they "shaved" people who do not fit these sanctions. They just robbed us according to a simple scheme - withdraw the money, and for the right to withdraw, give a significant part of this money. I think you can't work with them.

Because.., my friend's PAYEER account has more than 2500 DOGE coins in its balance.. and we are the country of AZERBAIJAN, we are its users... We have completed our KYC identity verification process a long time ago.. Should we transfer this balance now or does this situation not include our country AZERBAIJAN???

PAYEER asking about Where from did i deposit crypto to my account On 2020 till 2021.Also they ask screen shots from exchangers / my account on some other trade that can confirm those crypto deposits and verification on my name. Whitch is insane. How can i prove those kind of things? Pass a lot of time since then. Back then nobody even think about AML/KYC check. I did send all my kyc info, also I did give them the source of the funds in my account.
also i want to notice that i'm not EU or Russia citizens,. My country is out of sanctions package that Payeer mention in their notification. Do not trust to this company anymore they become a scam. Payeer you have no right to hostage my funds!!!!

Payeer wallet is a scam. Withdraw all your assets if you can, as they have already started freezing and blocking wallets for no reason.

They froze the accounts of all users, allegedly for EU sanctions, which concerns Russians, which in itself is nonsense, they simply bypassed the sanctions themselves in 2024, and were fined 20 million.
i think they don't have enough money, or they just want to become fraud.

I am a citizen of Ukraine, and my country is not included in the sanctions package. I have already submitted all the necessary documents so Payeer can verify my identity.

Payeer said that sanctions only for European Union and Russia, but - I gave them my Ukranian documents, cause I'm citizen of Ukraine and they said, that they can't give me my money - I have to prove them by AML, that these coins are mine.

Total nonsense and scam people, who even not under sanctions.

Anyone who doesn't believe this information should go to the previous mentioned website immediately to verify their presence there. Very important note: The fraudulent Payeer platform left Estonia a long time ago and no longer has any presence there whatsoever.
I myself have filed an urgent lawsuit against the fraudulent Payeer platform with the Lithuanian Public Prosecutor's Office (of course, with the involvement of the Lithuanian police, the Lithuanian Central Bank (CBL), the Lithuanian Financial Crimes Investigation Bureau (FNTT/FCIS), and the Lithuanian Consumer Protection Authority SCRPA).
As of the time of writing this comment, I have not received any response from the relevant Lithuanian authorities after taking the aforementioned steps.
I hope everyone will write their updates here on trustpilot (dot) com concerning this crises honestly and truthfully, and include the information and updates they have and what is happening to them in the face of the fraudulent Payeer platform because unfortunately, there is no forum or page on Telegram that talks about the subject comprehensively with real information.
Unfortunately, I gave this platform called Payeer, a platform of fraud, theft, and deception, a one-star rating just to write my review but indeed... they only deserve a pile of sh*it because they are a bunch of swindlers and thieves.

They are freezing funds because of the sanctions. They probably don't have enough money to pay everyone needing to retreive their funds so they are blocking the accounts. It is basically a scam. DO NOT use Payeer, even if your country isn't under sanctions because they are super sketchy.

I tried to withdraw my money but they asked for AML because of sunctions. I'm not russian! WTH? And support is ignoring.

Now they just simply deleted my account!!!

Their system locks you out without explanation, making it impossible to access your own account or funds.

Support is unresponsive, leaving users stuck and worried about their money — this feels like a scam tactic.

Be very careful with Payeer.com; the platform can block you anytime and give no help afterward.
