If i could give Zero stars i would
we purchase tickets for my 84 year old to see Andre Rieu she got to leeds and no seats these tickets had already been sold in march we purchased in April been emailing ever since and just got fobbed off at the start on how i need to be patient and how i need to give them time to investigate and now won’t even reply to my emails They sold tickets that has already been sold and left a 84 year old with no seats so she had to leave but they can’t even take responsibility for it just ignore so they don’t have to refund
AVOID THIS COMPANY

*Update i have now received a refund 6 weeks later i did only receive this because of leeds direct arena sorting it out so if you do use this company be very careful

If I could give less then 1 star I…

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Absolute joke of a company. Customer service is rude and palm you off. Paylogic made a mistake and when I had finished my instalment plan for 2 tickets they wouldn't send my tickets after saying there was a payment issue on their end. This was a week ago, everyday I have been in contact to be fobbed off, spoke to someone today to be told someone isn't in the office to Friday. Shambles of a company. I will be contacting my bank, trading standards and anyone else that will listen. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Great experiences

I've had great experiences with paylogic, I bought tickets for Dour in 2020 which due to covid could not happen. Still I was able to get a refund two years later without a problem!

Refund or exchange denied

My friend bought good tickets for both of us to see Andre Rieu tomorrow at Wembley. Unfortunately she caught Covid and due to the after effects of this, dizziness and other issues, we cannot go. She contacted this company and explained. Initially their customer service team said they would put forward a refund request which she has now heard has been denied. Having read the reviews for this company we will never book again and have wasted a lot of money as you are not allowed to sell them on unless its a friend or someone you know. We are not able to do this and these tickets will not be used. What a disgraceful way to treat people. Even my local theatre will provide a gift card to be used another time in such circumstances. I will be reporting this to the Andre Rieu website as I feel important to let people know.

Pay logic must have the worst customer…

Pay logic must have the worst customer service out of all ticket seller sites. I purchased tickets via pay logic for A state of trance 1000 over three years ago. I was unable to attend the event due to seizures not being controlled most recently. It was made impossible to re-sale the ticket as pay logic and ALDA events withheld tickets until a few days before the event. ALDA events gave you the option to re sale the ticket back to them via a waiting list; clubbers wanting to go could purchase tickets from the waiting list as the event was sold out. The waiting list was fraudulent and failed to re-sale tickets, yet ALDA still released tickets from a sold out event that were not from the waiting list leaving clubbers to lose hundreds of pounds. When you approach pay logic to express your upset and ask for a transfer of any unused tickets to next years events, there is proof across all of Facebook that they have allowed clubbers to do so as the date of the event has changed multiple times as has the line up, they completely disregard my request and tell me they can't offer me a refund as the event has happened. I didn't request a refund, I asked for a transfer as they have been offering any others who contacted them. I contacted them before the event had taken place and after to no avail. I am now going to contact the FCA and find out who their governing body is. I'm tired of their lack of attentiveness to customers. WHENEVER i purchase a ticket via pay logic and have to speak with their customer service, it's truly awful. If you can find another platform to sell your tickets by, do so!

RE The response below 22/03/2023 - Paylogic have ignored my email for weeks, so as for looking into it, it's utter rubbish and a blanket response which translates in to DOING NOTHING!

Takes no responsibilty, worst company ever.

Ticketsales who use paylogic: "abandon all hope ye who enter here".
You manage to secureca ticket for a high demand festival. You click Pay Now. And you get a javascript "please wait".You keep waiting and waiting until they tell you your paymentvfailed and you lost your tickets. When you contact them they blame your bank. Without you even getting to their payment provider webpage or being able to tell ehat bank it is. Magic! Paylogic I guess is omniscient and knows in advance which bank you will be using without selecting one. Just so they dont have to admit that their systems are flaky, bugged and not fit for purpose. This is the worlds most horrible company.

Paylogic's refund proecess time is 90 days?!

Paylogic is the payment provide used by Paradiso (club/ concert hall in Amsterdam).
Their refund policy is just horrible. After approval of the claim, it takes them 6 weeks (?!) to refund the money.

If you state that this is not acceptable in the current timeframe, their customer service (Eline) gets cocky and suggests you are not patient enough.

Bought tickets for a music event

Bought tickets for a music event. It was cancelled. Apparently Paylogic has an expiry date on requesting a refund? They refused to refund me my €25 and told me to have a nice day. Would rather bathe in a tub of red ants than deal with these thieving animals again. Avoid them like the plague.

Worst service ever

Worst experience ever. Accidently bought a parking ticket without tickets for the concert, when contacting the responsible person they told me to go to paylogic to get my money back. It takes months to even get a respons from Paylogic and when you get one it is not helpful at all! In the end I lost my 18 (!!!!) Euros for a parking ticket that I could never use and Paylogic does nothing to help.

Save your money, all pay, no logic.

I’ve bought two tickets for a festival in October 2022 and need to change the name on one of them before I can go ahead and make travel arrangements. I keep getting the same template email reply which does not address the question. The web chat is unavailable and no reply has been received despite several attempts. I’m really reluctant to spend more money on travel if I can’t even use the tickets. Wish I’d read these reviews before using them but I was not aware as I booked through the festival organisers site. Buyer beware, this is either really bad customer service or a straight up card scam.

Paylogic stole my card details

I bought Tomorrowland tickets via Paylogic in 2020, 2 years after in July 2022 Paylogic used my card details saved in their system to charge 2,000 Euros in a fraudulent transaction.

Paylogic has been reported to American Express for financial fraud and unauthorized use of my card. I sent support team a proof that I was charged by Paylogic without a reason, as I have not purchased anything from Paylogic. Screenshots clearly show my card number, transaction amount and date.
I demand an immediate refund of £1,795.84 which must be processed in sterling pounds, so that I do not loose money on foreign transaction fee.
I demand that you remove my card details from your system, so that this never happen again.

This is not acceptable! So far there has been no response from Paylogic.

I reported Paylogic to Netherlands tax authorities for illegal business conduct.

2 months now Ive been waiting for my…

2 months now Ive been waiting for my refund that they confirmed I would get. Still nothing.

Super slow, copy paste replies to any email you send.

This is madness. Doesnt seem to be a way to speak to them to get this money back (Almost £250 so its not a small amount)

Anyone know a way to escalate with them or take it legal?

9 months and still no refund or responses

I am at loss of words for how incredibly horrible customer service is provided by Paylogic. It's almost impossible to get in touch with them, they either respond after a couple weeks or don't respond at all. I am still waiting for a refund since OCTOBER 2021!!! I have been in touch with them ever since and they are completely unhelpful. They said they sent the money and that my bank should investigate, but it's not true - it is their bank that needs to investigate... They asked me to provide a proof that I didn't receive it and I sent my bank statement, but still no reaction at all. They just closed my ticket without any response. I think they are hoping I will get tired and they can keep my €100, but that is not going to happen. At this point this is robbery, is there a place where I can report this company?

We have a ticket for Dour and it postponed 3 times because of Corona. They didn't pay our money back because we were not able to go. So we tried to sell our ticket via their platform. The platform was of course not working, really nothing is functioning on their side. i couldn't upload any of my ticket so i sold them via Ticketswap (incrediable experience) in 1 day.
However, appearently i could upload only my one ticket for entrance to the bath part, and it was sold after 2 months via Paylogic too. i received a mail and the money for the ticket that i already sold via another platform.
I sent a mail to Paylogic customer service, and tell them about everything, that their platform was not working at that time (i also contact them at that time to inform them i couldn't upload my tickets - dour 5 days entrance, dour les bains, and food tickets) and i wanted to give money back and i asked them to cancel transaction, and they answered as 'NO' because it would not be fair for the person who bought?!? I wonder how it will be fair if one of those people would not enter to the bath part with their own tickets without knowing!!!
anyways in the end, terrible experience. DO NOT DO NOT buy anything from them, or just be ready to face TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Event in 12 days, I have been writing for 20 days for help in personalizing my tickets and to this day no one wants to help me I will add that I ordered the tickets already on April 1 and what should I do now I'm afraid that I was cheated and lost 230 euro
