This company is a joke, DO NOT buy tickets from them.

wish i could give 0 stars because really what an awful company. i’ve bought tickets for forbidden forest and ive tried to get in contact with the company as ive had no information regarding my ticket and the only had one response asking me to get in touch with see tickets who are also no help as i’ve yet to have a reply. yet to mention it took 4/5 maybe more emails to get what it seems to be an automated email regarding still no information. in the future i will double check the ticket provider and if its paylogic you wont be getting my money

Cancelled my paid for ticket !
They’ve cancelled my ticket for forbidden forest! they’ve never took the payment out for the first month so i’ve been paying it manually when i can with no issues it comes round to this month i pay it off and my ticket has been cancelled?? i’ve sent them emails upon emails of proof i’ve paid but nothing! please paylogic give me my uncancelled ticket!

Absolutely horrible company. Ordered a ticket on a payment plan and got to the second month where they have refused to take my money and still are. Have emailed them more times than i could even count over the past month and got absolutely nowhere other than some stupid automated emails. DO NOT use this company they are genuinely so useless you would be better of throwing cash on a fire.

Payment plan issue
Ordered a ticket for Forbidden forest and set an instalment plan up. You have taken 2 payments and the 3rd apparently failed when I have sufficient funds. I was told to try and make the payment manually which I have tried several times with multiple cards. Am being consistently emailed to wait a couple days or contact my bank, both of which I have done and still no help to solve this problem. I am left not knowing if I have my ticket or how to resolve this payment issue. I have also paid for refund protection and when trying customer service online instead of emails it is saying either my ticket cannot be found or I don’t have refund protection settings to view my order. I’m still contacting now and no help received!!

Scary experiences with this company!!!
You keep asking me for ticket request number. You haven't supplied one. All you have taken is £158.50 payment from me. You then asked for personal information for the 2 tickets. I have never been asked for this EVER.

I want to cancel one of my payment…
I want to cancel one of my payment plans since i double booked and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone to just cancel the payment plan as a result have paid 2 extra payments because they have bad customer service. I dont even want a refund at this point just to cancel the payments. Ive been trying for 3 weeks and havent got anything back.

I have been trying to get hold of someone for days now. Due to a systems error they didn’t take payment out, i have an email apologising but no link to re submit. I can’t get hold of anyone and then they sent me a link to re try the payment a week after which doesn’t work. Again waiting on another reply. Poor service.

This is absolutely the most frustrating…
This is absolutely the most frustrating and encounter with any company I have had to deal with. Paid installment plan off fully, no confirmation email, over 20 emails sent with a generic email reply saying there may have been an error with payment and to re try yet payment has been removed from my bank and on their site says fully paid and PAID status. Has some time since my first email and this is utterly and truly shocking service

rediculous! A concert date got changed and i opted for restitution. this was 8th of december. 4 january still no money. inquired. They say they accorded it (only) 30th of december and now i have to wait 4 to 6 weeks before the money will be transfered. I wonder what had happened if i had not asked a second time......

Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. No information given apart from a list of dates for payment, the final of which was due 2 days ago, but not taken. Tried to contact customer service to no avail and See Tickets cannot find my reference as they haven’t sent anything proper through. Avoid at all costs!!

Payment made? But saying a payment is missing?
Purchased a festival ticket on a payment plan (monthly). Got a SMS notification that this months amount was due. It also advised on the SMS you could manually pay the remaining amount if you wished. Which I decided to do. No email with my ticket information. All though they quote “Your ticket will be provided once the full payment has been made” Currently on chat, 3 hours no response. Raised a ticket, and I was advised “it shows one instalment has not been paid” When I have a bank statement, and their own link showing other wise. I hope they get this resolved, as the festival is sold out, I am not interested in a refund at all. Advertised this was going to be a nice and easy method for the festival, when it has not been at all.

I have recently bought a ticket for a concert but I need to change it and I have been rentleslly trying to contact them for the last 2 days without a single reply. There is no phone available, the e-mail has no reply and chat does not work. I am in Australia and feel like I am going to lose my tickets for not having the appropriate support. Too bad I checked the reviews after commiting to the purchase.

Money taken but no tickets
Shame I had to put one star as should be zero stars. I ordered 2 tickets to see Andre Rieu and my order did not process properly which meant that although £306.45 was taken from my credit card no tickets were received. I have emailed them constantly for the past 10 days asking for a refund. They said they would look into it but now have had no contact for over a week. So quick to take money but not so quick in refunding. It’s sad that a wonderful person like Andre Rieu has to use such a disreputable company.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! make yourself a favor and never buy tickets of this company which scams their costumers and provide a terrible costumer service.
I have purchased Time warp 2023 tickets (also paid an insurance fee on them stating they are refundable tickets).
Found out could not attend the event due to illness and then contacted the company requiring a refund,
have filled their contact form dozens of times and they not only took ages to respond my query but redirect me to another company (which ended up telling me I should contact Paylogic again to proceed my refund) after all the documents necessary were provided.
Paylogic now states my tickets are not refundable and keeps trying to push the process to take longer and longer refusing to give me a proper resolution for my case.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

My son booked a package of tickets and accommodation for Sonus festival a week away. There are 14 people in the group all having booked the same. Nobody has received any information about the hotel a week before travel. We cannot reach a person who can help. Customer service is terrible. They cannot travel to Croatia without certainty we have a room to stay in!

I purchased 2 tickets in January for a festival, that was supposed to take place in Italy.. all of a sudden, my tickets are 'valid' for next year, there is no official email from event cancellation and no one replies to my emails and whenever I get to contact someone on chat they close the tab without answering my question. Unbelievably poor customer experience, the WORST I experienced EVER.
Purchased 2 tickets for Time warp
Purchased 2 tickets for an event taking place in November. After the purchase I realized the tickets date was wrong (also paid the tickets insurance) I emailed them, filled up 3 times the form to get in touch as I am looking to change the date. I went on their customer service live chat, and I have been advised that it will be possible but I have to fill up another form in order to get help. It looks like they pushing you to buy one more ticket rather than help you out. After a week no one got back to me.
Don’t think I will ever purchase a ticket again, where they are involved.
