Stay away from payscam you will be very sorry you listened to these scammers .

Pity can’t give no stars I’ve been a member since 2005 and Paypal as a whole Now is no better then the Chinese scammers they look after , had two cases of fake goods sent to me got intouch with payscam to get refund, they told me to get my refund I must return the fake goods which I pay for add tracking also , lucking I didn’t as reading other reviews in trustpilot people have done this only to be told the goods never arrived and payscam side with the scammers parasites. Any company that meant to looking in to criminals companies are not doing fu k all to sort this out . Looking at the joke payscam told the papers the hackers are the scammers lol hope the fu k the hackers close these criminals down and take ever penny from them . White collar criminals with governments in their back pockets.

PayPal buyer protection is a nonsense.

Got a faulty battery from eBay and seller didn't communicate in order to resolve this.

PayPal demanded me to return "the merchandise".

I honestly have no idea how individual customer can post faulty laptop battery in Ireland - AnPost won't even let me post a working one.

I've replied with request for further help, explaining that I don't know how to post it back.

What an awful excuse for a company

My experiences with PayPal Protection is that they will do everything possible to ensure that either the buyer or the seller coughs up the lost amount regardless of who's to blame. Up there with eBay, they are the most unethical company I've ever come across. I received a £180 cardboard box pertaining to contain a laptop. eBay's courier service called eBay Shutl (Hermes) had stolen the contents of the package en route. Even with evidence that a high court case would deem acceptable of proving my case, PayPal would not proceed unless I logged a fraud case against eBay/the seller/Hermes. I'm closing my eBay and PayPal accounts today.

I am waiting 32 days now for my pending transaction with no sign. It has been 32 days and still it has not yet gone through. Disgraceful and outrageous. Most utterly and nothing but. Both Paypal and Ebay should be ashamed. Have they no clue or consideration for the amount of money not only am I owed but so many others out there the world over in addition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just who in the hell do paypal and ebay think that any of them are accurately speaking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not just word from me. Not at all. Not ever. Accurately speaking no just dont think for a second that such is just word from me. No just dont.
