Wasted 3 hours today trying to get an idp. Used to be so easy at the post office. 3 hours later I still don’t have one. Ignore the website as retailers have stopped issuing them as it takes... See more

Their vendor do not accept or process…

Their vendor do not accept or process nestle cash out voucher , which nestle reps give to us shopkeepers for loyalty and space, and they cannot do anything about it , what’s the point to collaborate with other companies then .

In my both shops I have payzone as payzone cost fraction of the money than what Paypoint costs every month , as we are in tiny village and we cannot make all the money through commission , but why we should be making loss either , so payzone is cheaper and they marked me as rural location , even if I do not make minimum transaction every month , they will not charge me anything extra .

One of the worst customer services ever.
As a retailer, I need support from a company always, but when you call PayPoint, they never answer your call, even with a 30-minute waiting time. It's totally rubbish.

Rubbish service trying to get IDP

Can’t give 0 stars hence 1 star.
Absolute rubbish service, have now been twice to New Romney Esso for an international Driving permit, yesterday the employee said they had never heard of an IDP but would ask their boss, 24 hours later I made a long trip again and she still hasn’t asked her boss, she looked on the system and says it doesn’t mention IDP - this shop is listed as having IDP on the pay point website. The Post Office should still be able to do IDP’s - at least they know what they’re doing!

Would give zero but unable to. We are a small independent shop who provides a small service using paypoint one and paypoint card services. Today once again the system went down so unable to process any transactions and cannot take any card payments, all our customers pay by card. Over 2 hours to speak with CS and they say they swap the machine tomorrow.

Inhuman unhelpful

Why have a customer service number, available 24/7, 365 days of the year, when every option you select advises you to go to the website, then promptly hangs up. When a problem arises 9 out of 10 people can't wait 10+ hours waiting for a bit to reply with equality useless information

Don't waste your time

Never used paypoint before got a voucher with the help for living crisis Asda said they had no money another shop said they don't do this type of paypoint I ran around like a clown and I'm partially disabled, the website is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard they are only interested in you purchasing a hamper from park, I have now thrown the voucher in the bin too stressful for me this, it's near impossible to find a store that accepts these and they aren't even advised it's a case of calling in random shops and asking the guy or girl behind the counter. I even tried Tesco express to no avail.

"Unpleasant Experience: Felt Robbed and Cheated by PayPoint"As a retail store owner I can 100%…

As a retail store owner I can 100% confirm they are robbing retail stores, left, right, centre making millions of £££ everyday by stealing in Broad day light very smart thieves. They pays the business owners every 3 days and most people uses card payment which mean they literally own millions by keeping the shop owners money imagine they provide service to hundreds of thousands of stores and each store's weekly taken on minimum is £6000 and most of this £6000 say like £4000 weekly taken is card payment, i get the last day of the week's payment on Friday which would be the last week's payment and then they keep my Friday saturday and sunday payments which are my busiest days of the week i have to wait until Monday after 3am. you do the maths. And plus all the other fishy and dodgy stuff that they do is unfair. Im so sad about making contact with them and regretted the whole thing. I hope some new company start this kinda service but more liget and genuine.

Please avoid Paypoint

Please avoid Paypoint if you are a new business owner. Please do not get into the trap that you make more customer because of bill payments and more.

They never respond to you in time and the local reps are absolute trash never answers your queries. They hide many things before you take their services and keep banging you with the fines.
