Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.

I made a claim via TMS Legal & Ive just received a substantial sum, TMS Legal kept me updated throughout my claim & I am more than happy with their services.

This company pestered me by text to let them act for me, not only did they ask for same info many times, i actually had to chase them, as heard nothing , only to be told if will be a few week, now I get an uniformed text that my claim has been declined due to a " timebar" ?? No explanation of what this means, no name to the text, just that my claim will be shut down, dreadfully poor service with a company who quite obviously dosent know what they are doing, I will now have to report these clowns to FCA, use at your own peril ,DREADFUL SERVICE ,

They charged 45 % but worth it I wouldn’t have done it without them

Had a few issues with being repeatedly asked for additional information but my claim was upheld in a relatively short period of time. My share was very quickly paid!

TMS kept me informed regularly during the claim process and managed to secure a refund too. Once the claim was won, TMS paid very quickly. Very professional company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Can't complain really, I got a refund first off my credit card for £2500 which reduced my credit card balance from £7500 to £5000, I had to set up a payment plan of £90 a month for commission to pay TMS - completely fairenough as the money went off the balance, not given to me or them by cash, happy with this result.

Followed through as the claim was partially upheld, went all the way ans got a further 1.4k, reducing total debt even more.

Would recommend - Not sure why people are complaining about needing to set up a payment plan when TMS has successfully got money back off their balance and now expect there commission as agreed.

If you are still in debt, don't expect to get a cash figure off sed account in debt, the amount you win back ie interest etc, it'll be used to pay off any outstanding balance. If no outstanding balance - cash is yours, simples!
