Damaged handle.
Quick turnaround but one of two handles was slightly damaged on delivery.
Looks like the handle had been dropped on a concrete floor.

Great product
Great product - It's going to look great when all the decorating is complete.
Would have been 5 star but had a little trouble with the 'soft' open/close system. The instructions (and even the video on youtube wasn't exactly what was in our package.
Not sure how many versions of the 'soft' open/close system there are but it would be good to have a youtube video covering all of them in detail.
I have no issues with recommending this product to anyone as it is excellent once installed.

Sorry to hear you had some issues with installing the soft-close system, the installation instructions included in the kit should have matched what you had but we will review these and update if required, also we are currently reviewing installation videos and updating / creating new ones where required so will pass on your comments regarding a video for the soft-close system.

The carriage charges on the website are based on postcode area and assuming a carrier will be used, some smaller items can go via the mail however it is not possible for the website to determine what will and won't need a carrier service. If you had called us we could come to a suitable agreement regarding carriage before the order shipped. However I am happy to refund some of the carriage charge that you incurred to our standard £6.00 charge.
