Helpful support team. Items arrived and were easy to pair with my garage doors. If anything to mention, I’d say they were a little pricey, but that’s life right now I guess. I can’t really complain, mine have lasted 20 years without failure and had to re order as I lost one.

Wrong item sent from advertised picture.
When I initially went to your website and found the product I wanted, it displayed it as a double barn door kit, but when I received it, it was only for a single door.
I have had to order and pay for an extra door fittings.
You should adjust your website to make sure this is not confusing for others.

All of the text relates to the product being for one door, there is an image of a double door opening on the website as we try to highlight what can be achieved with the Rustic system, apologies if you found that misleading, we will look to try to make that clearer for customers in the future. i can see your order for the additional fittings kit but i can't see your original order for the Rustic kit so not quite sure what you ordered.
