We had a house fire in August 2024. Mark Fagan from PCLA handled a very long and protracted negotiation with Zurich Insurance. He was so patient, nothing was too much trouble, absolutely worth his weight in gold. Everyone in PCLA were extremely professional and bent over backwards to help. Best decision I made, Highly recommend.

Following an unexpected leak in one of our bathrooms, we were given the contact number for PCLA from our plumber. Dean very promptly contacted me, called out and basically took over the headache we were facing. We did not have to deal with insurers from that moment on. Excellent service from PCLA who handled all aspects of a complicated home insurance issue. We had storm damage to a boundary wall which needed urgent short term repairs for security but a more substantial repair for long term safety.
