PCLA have been great especially Niall McGuinness, they've taken all the stress and hassle out of what can be a very stressful time.

They achieved a settlement I was more than happy with and know from previous dealings with insurance companies I would not have gotten,if I had tried myself.

I have no problem in recommending them. They will do their best to secure you the absolute best settlement possible.

Great service, Peter attended our home within two days of being contacted and took over straight away with Insurance company. Claim has be settled in less than 3 weeks. Cant recommend this company enough.

Ok so I had a leak upstairs that flowed right down through the ceiling and I basically didn’t know what to do. I done a google search, the reviews looked good so I made 1 phone call. And that’s literally all I had to do. What a burden that was lifted from me immediately. I dealt with Callan and he literally came out the next day. He sorted out everything in a timely efficient, professional manner. I honestly can’t recommend this company enough.

My wife and I contacted PCLA after we spotted that water was coming up through our floorboards within a week of moving into our new property. To say this was stressful with a 10 month old baby would be an understatement. I called and got through to Peter on a Friday afternoon and he was out to our property by the following Monday. We had a leak in our house and we weren't happy with the offer from our insurance company so we contacted Peter Mulvaney from PCLA.

When Peter arrived he put us at ease immediately, he assured us he would secure a fair offer for the damage done to our property. True to his word, he secured the best offer at more than 2 ½ times more than the original offer.

Dealing with insurance companies can be daunting and very stressful with form filling and questions we were clueless about. They were recommended to me by a colleague as I has just experienced a flood in my house and was about to furnish a claim to my insurance company. Following a call, PCLA sent round their Assessor Niall to view the damage and advise me on all items to be claimed. The quality of support I received from Niall was first class and it was an eye opener to discover what my house insurance actually covered. Within two days, he returned with an Assessor from my Insurance Company and together they viewed the damage and went away to negotiate a settlement figure. Following a couple of further telephone conversations with Niall, a final settlement figure was agreed to my entire satisfaction. Thank You Niall for your expertise, your advice and your understanding of the situation. I found the whole experience to be very easy to follow but more importantly, the speed in which settlement was obtained without any hassle from my insurance Company was remarkable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending PCLA to any person about to embark on an insurance claim.

I could not recomened this company enough . Niall was amazing!!!! we had a massive leak just as we where to go on our dream 20th wedding anniversary trip !!! Great service and very professional. Dealt with Cathal who was very efficient and had the issue looked at very quickly, always great correspondence from him and if I had any questions he was there to answer. Whole turnaround time was also very quick, highly recommended.
