When I ran into an issue with my order, customer service reached back out to me the next business day, performed the fix on my behalf (I did try and resolve with their instructions on my own but was unsuccessful), and got my product working. I couldn't ask for better service after 1 inquiry.

The after sale service was great.

bought office software at a great price from them but I had to reset my computer and start with a fresh windows install and microsoft doesn't provide the download or support to the software anymore grrr. the support chat at pc sales online was able to assist me so quickly and seemlessly, I have it working again. These guys are the best place for software and 110% legit!

Highly recommended! Top notch customer service! I had problems with my windows activation, I emailed for help after hours on Christmas eve. I didn't expect any response during the holiday, so I didn't check until late on Christmas day. Little did I know, there had been an immediate response the night before. So, I followed the suggestion they had given. Again it was after hours, and I responded again, saying that these measures didn't work. almost immediately, there was a reply asking for some info. I sent that info, and within minutes I got another reply, letting me know that the issue had been resolved. If I had been more alert to my email, the problem would have been fixed RIGHT AWAY, they were on top of their game, more so than any business I've ever dealt with. I wasn't expecting customer service to actually answer me after hours on holiday evenings, but they were so very involved with my issue that it was solved quickly!!! THANK YOU! You guys are great!!!

When we had a problem getting the product to load properly, they immediately went to work fixing it, and within minutes, we were set to go.

Bought MS Office, and the activation key said is was in use too many times.
Started a chat with the web agent. I could either call MS myself, or she'd do it for me (with the activation code from the "call" prompt). Didn't feel like doing it myself, so she called, activated it, and asked me to go back and activate online, and it should work. AND IT DID.
The entire chat took about 30 seconds, and now I've upgraded from Office Student 2007 to Office Professional 2021. My kids are very pleased.

My issue was handled quickly. Was even able to do it over the Chat feature.
