Unfortunately after reading review I thought that is honest company. That was wrong. I’d paid for Windows 10 Pro and thought that I will get a normal legal software. Instead of that I got link to Microsoft download website to make a media creator by myself and illegal key. That’s I can do by myself without paying a penny to cheaters. After download Windows 10 and provide key my Windows download and got message from Microsoft that key is illegal and buy a new legal key. Shame for PC On Line. For a few bucks from a good company they turn to a scammers and fraud. Stay away don’t trust them.

Bought software for a family members computer and finally got there to install it. Something went wrong, or I did something wrong most likely and decided to use the chat feature on PC Sales Online. This is the second time I used it with great success the first time.
Got Alexander and I have to tell you...he was super! Walked me through everything I needed to do with a patience I was surprised with, even had to reboot and got him back within seconds! He solved the problem for us and all I can say, and I am normally skeptical of online software sales, but PC Sales Online...top notch, their prices are good, they stand behind what they sell and their tech support is second to none.

I had a HD crash and accessed my account info from their own site. The agent said he couldn't find it and that was end of discussion. Crap customer service. I paid for the software and get no help. You decide if you want this kind of "help."

I had a few issues while installing my software, so I emailed the PC Sales Online support team. They were extremely friendly and helpful. As a result, I was able to get my software to load properly and also got it to activate with Microsoft. I would gladly work with them again on any future project.

PC Sales Online is now the only place I will go for Software. Email verification's were immediately and when I did have a problem, the Technician at their (888) number was pleasant, and I was up in running within minutes.

I purchased Office 2021 because I wanted a working copy of Publisher after MS retires the product next fall. The product key I received gave me an error, so I had to call to get Office activated. Sadly, it appears this update now deleted my MS Office 365 products. A few years ago, I had a computer with both Office products loaded. So far, I have not found a solution for having both 2021 and 365 on my laptop.
