The website provides me good experience when I looking for new phone. There are many different brands to choose.
One thing I think it can be better: continuous updates some status after users' purchases to avoid users sending messages to check the status.

They cancelled my order of vivo x300 pr after a week, without notifying, without any clarification. I am a serious buyer and wouldnt want to waste my time over this. EXTREMELY bad experience, when you are waiting for your phone and have work related appointments which would need the phone.!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

He take time before sending phone but the customer service was number one he offer to me 150$ discount and he ship the on time after deal .i receive the phone one day after

Another good point for them is the communication. Milan, the account executive, responds quickly to all your questions and concerns and ensures your satisfaction. In short, aside from the delays, I had a positive experience thanks to Milan and the prices offered by PDAplaza.

In 2019 I ordered a Huawei Mate 20 Pro which took about 6 weeks to be delivered. Then in 2024 I ordered a Honor 90 which took about 4 weeks to be delivered. They were both excellent phones. Now I ordered a Honor 400 Pro which was delivered in about 2 weeks for my wife's birthday. So I am very happy with how your service has improved over the years.

This is a company you should never buy a phone from. I bought a Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leitzphone from them, paid for it, but they postponed the shipment three times, claiming they were out of stock. Three of my friends bought theirs from other online stores and have already started using them. Every time, I had to listen to this guy named Milan lying to me, saying they’d ship it in a week or in ten days. In the end, I canceled the order. I lost both my money and wasted my time. BECAUSE You said you’d ship the phone within 10 days, but you couldn’t even do it in 35 days.
You took my money, and I’ve wasted both money and time because I paid you for nothing.

The specified phone is supplied in time and in good packaging.
