Edit #2: After about 2 months, finally got a reply from them and finally got my refund. Good thing I kept on pushing with my emails...

EDIT: It is now April and these cooks still haven't replied to a single email. sent countless follow ups since February. AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST!

They are quick to reply when you buy from them. But when it comes to getting refunds, they'll just ignore all your emails. Purchased a phone from them and they had protection with Surebright offered at the time so I took it since it was a foldable.

I recently got contacted by Surebright that they will cancel my protection due to non payment from PDAPlaza.

I contacted PDAplaza to understand the situation better and they said that Surebright wasn't honoring the warranty so they will refund it in full in 7 business days.

Then after a couple of days, Milan contacted me asking for my order number which I provided.

Ever since then, ghost silence. No refunds, no replies, nothing.

At this point, they are just crooks. Stay away from these dishonest people.

Good: Company was able to offer other colors if the ordered color was not available.
Bad: Took a month for the company to realize they did not have the ordered color.

I was looking to purchase a new cell phone other then what is currently available in Canada. After watching many videos on YouTube on the Huawei line of cell phones. I chose to purchase the Mate80 as the PDA Plaza online store had this version available. So far the setup has been easy. There is a bit of a learning curve, between YouTube and the help that is being offered from the tech foljs at PDAPlaza I will get the Huawei as I like for it to be. I just have a few more things to get done. I have spent a few days of a couple of hours to get things just right. I did not want to spend a full day doing this, I am in no hurry. The quality of the Huawei Mate80 ProMax needs to be seen held in hand, it is amazing.

Pdaplaza is an alternative stop shop for parallel phone import and bought my first phone with them since 2018 Huawei Mate 20x. Great discount need great patience, as some model phone require 15 -25 business day before receiving.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
They carry no stock in their "store". They jus buy the phone on behalf of you and ship it to your door - pocketing the difference. AND IT TAKES THEM MORE THAN A MONTH!
Ordered on Dec 18th, received phone on Feb 5th, despite being promised a 25 day shipping time, which got pushed back THREE WHOLE TIMES, blatantly violating their shipping guarantee.
Their customer support also might as well not exist. Their responses are vague and do not provide any more information than a new, pushed back shipping date.
Look at other reviews online. They will lie, ship wrong products, delays refunds, anything for the to keep their money. BUYERS BEWARE!! NEVER BUY
