Terrible experience. Order an OPPO Find X9 Pro (Global) on Dec 21, 2025. Estimated delivery was December 24th - December 26th. On Dec 28th, I requested a tracking number. I got a response from them the next day saying that the device came in a broken box unfortunately and they noticed before shipping. I was disappointed, because the item was in stock and I was not informed about the change in delivery date until I requested updates. January 7th, 2026 still no news so I've requested a refund. January 18th still no refund. FYI, the phone costs 1700 CAD.
Update: After publishing this review, I finally received my refund.

In general, they have been a good company with prices that are affordable to the buyer, also with a good response.

I received teh phone that I wanted and it arrived in good order. The camera on the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max 5G is great.

I'm using the phone I ordered to type this review. (Zte Z80 ultra Nubia starry night edition)

I expected to take pretty long because of reviews from other people about really long order times, but it was only a few days longer after I asked Milan for order status, he replied and kept letting me know when they would have the package ready to send, and I received it on the date expected, just trust him.

I made this mistake, I didn't realize the specific phone I was ordering wasn't in the stock, so make sure when getting a phone that it is in stock for faster delivery.

And honestly? I'm not gonna lie, this has to be the most beautiful phone I've held in my hands, never seen anything like this ever before, definitely gonna be keeping an eye on this brand and in pdaplaza for other products that might look as good as this.

Package quality: good, arrived in perfect condition

The phone itself is pretty astonishing.its kind of like a gaming phone, like red magic and a picture phone combined, the camera if you play around with a little bit, you can take really good pictures. The selfie camera is bad (under display one, but who really cares about that)

You can download any apps or customize this phone any possible way with apps like wallpaper engine on playstore.

Only issue I ran into was that this phone doesn't support USB c audio for some reason, I'm not sure why, but blue tooth does work perfectly fine. I was planning to plug in my iems with a dac but it doesn't work from the charging port.

In any case you just have to relearn the phone a bit

Beware of shipping overcharges. Paid $59 for premium FedEx shipping, but they sent it via Canada Post (which is a $29 service). They pocketed the $30 difference. Be careful with 'expedited' quotes at checkout; you might not get the carrier you paid for.
When I asked for the difference in was told "We shipped Canada Post Express (not Expedited) because FedEx does not allow signature request + ID check for your location unfortunately."
I further asked for proof of the shipping cost, but have not gotten a reply.
I will update if this gets resolved amicably.

Update: Good news—the company contacted me and offered to refund the shipping difference as a gesture of goodwill. It’s great to see a business stand by their customer service.
I received the refund on the difference.
I’ve upgraded my rating from one star to four. Had the delivery been more timely and the billing correct from the start, this would easily be a five-star experience. Overall, they made things right—buy with confidence.

Now have to see if the golf and ECG function will work as described

Everything was fine until I returned the phone. PDA Plaza received the device back over a month ago and I have still not been refunded.

They have the phone.
They have my money.
And now they have gone completely silent.

As someone with a professional background in business and film, I am very familiar with contracts, timelines, and consumer obligations. This is not a “delay” ; this is unacceptable and unethical business practice. Returns and refunds are basic retail standards, not optional favors.

The lack of communication is especially concerning. Ignoring customers after receiving returned merchandise raises serious questions about how this company operates once a sale is complete.

If you are not 100% certain you’ll keep the phone, do not purchase from PDA Plaza. Based on my experience, getting your money back may turn into weeks of chasing, stress, and silence.

I am posting this publicly in hopes PDA Plaza finally responds and resolves this matter. Until they do, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

EDIT: After almost 2 months, they finally processed my return, but still charged restocking fee, I will be pursuing legal action for the restocking fee amount, as they did not meet their end of their own policy.

Super duper happy with my purchase at PDAPlaza. I needed to buy the Huawei D2 watch and they had different color choices available. The order process was quick and easy. I had my watch in less than a week after ordering. They kept me in the loop of every step of the order. From the moment the order was processed and ready to be shipped out. They emailed me when FedEx label was created and kept me updated on the delivery date. Would most definitely order again with them!!
