The bio-sign in feature was a CONSTANT…
The bio-sign in feature was a CONSTANT hassle. Always wanting me to sign in numerous times before and after each section. It was also very finicky if there was the slightest variation of character marks. Seriously, I spent lots of wasted time with this feature. Material was good but some questions in review tests were worded so the answers still didn't seem to clarify or match up.

I like getting the booklet so I can study and complete the test with assurance. No time constraints or location requirements. I am not an on-line person for this license requirement. The present method suits me best.

This course allows you to review the questions you miss. I always take the course based on what I know and then once I receive the results I can go back and see the correct response.
When just attending a class, much is missed because you are not challenged to learn, just listen.

It would have been great to be able to see what was missed on the exams so one could go back over the information. Also I would suggest sending the certification via email so they would be easier to print off. I found it a major hassle as my computer I used was not hooked up to a printer.
