Subjective Questions
Difficult math class with limited examples and virtually no explanations. Ownership in Real Estate and Brokerage Management Policies classes had too many subjective questions requiring an arbitrary black and white answer; some of which were entirely missed in the course material. Very disappointed with the non-objective nature of the questions offered in the courses this year. But then again, I'm not a Karen.

Online course with reduced screen time!
This is the greatest way to take online continuing education.
Being able to read the material from a booklet, review the questions and research the answers prior to going online for the test, worked well for me. Reduced screen time was a real plus. Thanks for relevant courses.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
I have used PDH as my source of continuing real estate education for the past four years. They remind me every two years with a nice discount and if I have a question, someone is always there. As for on-line education, it could not be better.

I have tried other online CEUs for license renewal and this one worked well. I liked that the core course pertained to Broker subject matter which made it more relevant. I would recommend PDH Real Estate to ANY and EVERY one who is looking to get licensed!! The course was easy to access, and offered many different learning styles (intro videos, intro slides, further deep-dived reading, vocab, quizzes, and tests) so you are guaranteed to learn the content! I also love how the course didn’t have a time-limit, so you could complete it at your own pace, because we all know how busy life can get! I had previously taken the 90 hour pre-license course through another school a couple years ago and after completing it, I unfortunately didn’t ever pass my actual broker’s exam after a few multiple attempts and got discouraged, then gave up on it. I finally gave it another try, and after reading up on some other schools, chose PDH. I’m SO glad I did, and even MORE glad I chose to opt for the bonus-content that came with extra study material and a pass-guarantee (although I didn’t even need it)!! I finished my course with PDH, studied up on the review/bonus content and PASSED both portions of the exam on my FIRST TRY!! The couple times I had reached out to them with questions, I received immediate and friendly responses. I truly give this company and course a 10/10!!
