No I dont recommend this company, they let me down on my wedding stationery, name typos, missed name cards, they said theyd rectify the errors but didnt, go somewhere else

I ordered a video book for 1st anniversary, first problem was it was late being delivered after trying to get in contact to no response then someone eventually responded saying it was due to be dispatched. Problem number two has been when trying to play the video it cuts off not even halfway through and then jumps back to the beginning when I have got in contact with Peach and Pear they have informed me that it’s possibly an issue with the file as it came from a Google Drive which I told them I had supplied to them and then nothing no follow-up to help me resolve this issue so I am now stuck with a video book that cuts off halfway through the wedding video with no solution insight as they are slow to respond if any response and no contact number to actually speak to somebody very frustrating definitely no worth the money.

Ordered a Welcome board and Table plan from Pear and Peach.

They provided a great service - great design at a reasonable price.

Not a lie at all...when you get informed product is on way and do everything to locate in Australia with no tracking to postal couriers it is hard to swallow that money is given for a product.l which cannot be found.

Yes the company has contacted and advised a refund and as further advised by myself I'll reassess the rating in due course.

Communication in the last 12hrs has been good with the company.

I emailed multiple times regarding delivery which was late. The font i requested was not also taken into consideration.

Album is beautiful! Everything arrived very quickly. Shipping is little pricey, but I live in a third world country so that's standard. I will order again from this store

I ordered two video books on 18th December because the website advertised that I’d have them between 23rd and 27th December, so I hoped there was a chance I’d have them to give as Christmas presents, and even paid £9.49 for expedited shipping. I emailed the customer service straight away explaining the urgency and thinking this was a reasonable request being a week away from Christmas, but heard nothing in response. I have since sent another email and have still been ignored. It’s now 4th January, the website says my order is still awaiting fulfilment which hasn’t changed since I placed the order and I have not heard anything from the seller. I’ve been forced to go elsewhere for the video books and have now requested a refund. If I don’t hear back I’ll have to put a claim in with my bank which will be really irritating. I feel so disappointed and frustrated by the time and money I have wasted. While I understand that they may have been off over the Christmas, there is no message suggesting this on the website, they didn’t update their shipping times, and I’m not sure of any other stores who close completely for 3 weeks for Christmas?! I definitely wouldn’t use them again.

Added response to the sellers response - I’d question why they were able to reply to my review so quickly yet still didn’t reach out to me until days later, still not acknowledging any of my previous emails or their instant chat on the website. I fully understand that Christmas time is busy, but as I suggested in future they should update their delivery timescales and not just ignore customers for 3 weeks. Ultimately your website advertised a service in a timescale and you failed to meet that by multiple weeks!

I ordered a photo album for my fiancée, and it was absolutely stunning gift. The gift is gorgeous and the high quality, beautiful velvet made the photo album such a cool and romantic style;
A note about the service : the first order I made got (the package) got stolen off my doorstep and when I told Pear. & Pear of my predicament - they m sent me a brand new one no questions asked! It was unbelievably generous and kind thing to do. They replied to me straight away when I emailed about my stolen parcel and sent me a new one straight away/ they saved the gift and my wedding day! Amazing product, amazing service- I highly recommend!

The price for the quality you get is amazing, when I gave my presents- everyone was asking if I had gotten it from somewhere like Selfridges - as it was so gorgeous, and such high quality.

I've not long received my parcel which was a scrapbook. Exremely pleased, beautifully packaged. However the wait was quit a long time and I had an email to say when it would be delivered and it didn't turn up so I had to contact them, then it took a further week and a half. So communication could do with some work, however I was extremely delighted with my purchase.
