I wanted to give them a review of ZERO…

I wanted to give them a review of ZERO stars but had to give atleast one to be able to provide a review. I purchased some shoes that looked and was advertised as good quality and comfortable. It took about 10 days to receive my order. When I received my pair of shoes they came in a bag not in a shoe box. The shoes looks nothing like how they made them look on their website. They are uncomfortable very hard, quality very poor and no support at all. Before I ordered I read under their return policy. It mentions if you do a return on a qualifying order the seller would return your money of the amount the item cost the buyer but excluding the shipping. So I was ok with that. Until I realized that the return address to return your items is actually in Austria. They fail to mention the return address on their website. On the instructions when you return it tells you to contact customer service so they can give you the return address. When I purchased my item it said it's coming from Illinois so it made me think if I have to send order back it will be in the United States. I consider that a SCAM! I'll be going to the USPS and ask how much it will cost me to send the package to Austria. I have a feeling it might be about or more than what I paid for. They give you an option of giving you a credit to their store instead of a refund but honestly I wouldn't get any shoes from them. The return address for this "company" is:
JB Ecom LLC,
Reichsstraße 44a,
Leibnitz, Austria
Zip Code: 8430

I would stay away from this "company".

Ouch 😡

Ouch 😡. Like an idiot when I was looking at ‘barefoot shoes’ somehow ‘Peak Footwear’ popped up on Facebook. I thought I was ordering 3 pairs of shoes from a UK company. I became suspicious after I did not receive an email confirming my order and the order had not arrived 10 days later. Why oh why did I not check Trust Pilot before ordering !!! Obviously fake reviews on the actual site. I now realise the company seems based in Hong Kong.

DO NOT BUY FROM PEAKFOOTWEAR

DO NOT BUY FROM PEAKFOOTWEAR. I ordered a pair of shoes from them. I normally wear a US size 11. I ordered a 12 because I did not want it to be tight on my feet. When the shoes came and I tried to put my feet in them it was too tight. I contacted them to return the shoes for a refund. First, they offered me a 40% discount to keep them or gift them to someone in my family and use the 40% discount to purchase another one. I decided that I did not want to keep the shoes or try another fearing that it would not fit. When I asked them for the return address they sent me an address in Austria. (See address below)
JB Ecom LLC,
Reichsstraße 44a,
Leibnitz, Austria
Zip Code: 8430
It will cost me almost the cost of the shoes to send it back to Austria.

My issue with this company is that its website has a Cheyenne, WY address. Their billing address on my CC is Willingminton, WY but they want me to return it to Austria. In my opinion, this is a faulty advertisement. Also according to their size chart, their shoes are not true to size. I am sure this is deliberate because they know most people would not pay the money to return it and they get to keep the money while the customer has merchandise that they cannot use.

Cheap Chinese copies

Shoes arrived badly packed in a poly bag. No way will these be good for anyone with problem feet. Absolutely no support. I wouldn't like to wear them outdoors in case I injure my feet. Comfortable as slippers, as I don't have a problem with my legs or feet. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT BRITISH. It's Chinese cheap copies, shipped from America.

Impossible to get refund

Their ordering site stated a refund could be obtained if product was returned within 30 days but did not state
that you would have to pay postage. Not usually a
problem but the return site was in Austria, not in the
US where the order was placed. $79 to return!!
$100 order, and if that was a "hassle" for me I could
keep the shoes and get 40% off next order (of which
there would never be). My virus protection on my
computer informed me that it was a Chinese refund
scam; wish I had known earlier.

Firstly this is false advertising rubbish..

Firstly, this is false advertising, on you tube dont do it.. its a Chinese company you order they send crap. And your money is gone no offer of a refund only we give you a discount, like your gonna use this company again. stuck with cheap crap footwear. I will send them back to test the returns policy. These chinese companies should not be allowed to sell outside China. If I dnt get a full refund I will do all I can to expose this company social media, trading standards. Removal from any advertising.

Thank you Trustpilot !

Thank you Trustpilot !
I got reassured by this firm’s Holmfirth mention, looked at Peak Footwear website at the different shoes, thought they were all ugly and all the reviews were so very similar. So I turned to Trustpilot, and yet again my suspicions are verified ! Chinese scammers ! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

This is a review for both US and UK…

This is a review for both US and UK Peak footwear. Don’t know if someone wealthy out there can start a class action lawsuit but I’d join. My mom got scammed with this in CA while shopping online. Still trying to deal with the issue. Wish we could all do something about this because this isn’t right. My mom is elderly and this is just plain thievery.

SCAM PRODUCT AND DISHONEST SELLER

Bought these and realised they come directly from China. No mention of that on Footwear website.
They are too tight and surely not to help with Neuropathy as the feet do not fit inside the front of the shoes correctly. The back of the shoes do not support the heels and are saggy. I have emailed them with a picture as the back of the shoes do not cover that heels. It is appalling that they are able to advertise these shoes as medically adequate for neuropathy. Shame on this company they need to be stopped and reported. looking at the previous reviews I do not trust money back from a return to China!! How can they get away with being registered in the UK??

Total scam

Total scam - fake goods- cheap rubbish. I need special footwear abd these are masquerading as a uk company selling Barefoot Brand shoes. They came in a smelly cloth bag wrapped in pink plastic, no boxes, no authenticity proof. One pair says fashion on the back ! I don’t want fashion shoes. I cannot use these shoes and I have been misled and sold counterfeit goods- this is illegal and I will contact the Chinese Consulate in the UK to report them. So angry! They also want me to pay for returns! Avoid at all costs !
