Worst shoes ever purchased

If I could give less stars I would, the shoes are poor quality and by no means are they suitable for anyone who suffers any kind of foot condition as advertised on their website.
I do not recommend these to be bought by anyone. I paid £79.90 for 2 pairs which wouldn't even be worth £5.

Shoes are awful

Shoes are awful , no inkling given that these were not coming from a British company!! Opened the parcel and smell of glue would have knocked you out ! They say they will exchange but you are responsible for postage , which is between £18 and £23 . Why should I have to pay postage to China when they were advertised as a uk company???? . Just like everything else from these companies all scams , same shoes on Amazon cost )14.99 and cheaper I paid )39.99 !!! Cheats !

I was also hoodwinked into thinking…

I was also hoodwinked into thinking that this was a UK company based in Yorkshire. They advertised as a UK Company. As I did not receive any shipping information I checked and found it to be a Company in China. This is misrepresentation and not acceptable. I therefore raised concerns with PayPal. After several messages to the company they responded stating that a refund was not possible as the items had already been shipped. They advised that I could refuse delivery and could then claim a refund. I have refused delivery. Waiting now to see what happens.

How I wish I’d never heard of them they have now given me a second address which is in America. I believed they were a UK company They displayed a Union Jack and Royal Mail logos on their home page It seems you have to return to China I ordered a size bigger than I normally take and can’t get my feet in them nor can my wife get hers on I’m not impressed with the quality or customer service either

Dreadful company!

Dreadful company!! Shoes arrived with no returns information. Delivery label stated return address as 153 Blakeney Way Cannock WS11 8LD. Shoes were not suitable for my feet and made of very flimsy material. Trying to return and get refund is nightmare!! Despite the return address on delivery label being UK they want the item returned to CHINA!! This will cost a fortune as it also has to be tracked. They are also using another address in Hong Kong.
The situation is with both PayPal and the Bank. Trading Standards will be made aware.

Cancelled my order 10 minutes after…

Cancelled my order 10 minutes after placing it but they still sent the order saying I could just return them. Once I received the order and asked for returning instructions I was told to ship to China on my own expense. Other options was store credit.
Looks like they are UK based and nowhere in the return policy does it say you need to ship back to China. This looks like a scam.

Beware, not based in the UK

Beware, this company is based in China and not UK. Unfortunately they have a similar name to a genuine UK based company and I was hoodwinked thinking this company was them. The trainers eventually came, only after I chased them to see where they are. Also if I wanted to return them, I have to fork out on the cost to China even if they were faulty! They only offer store credit as per their policy, but who wants to shop here?!

I don’t recommend.
