For starters what you get is nothing like what you ordered. What does arrive has no return information or contact information, but worst, it is found to be of the poorest quality from China. This is some kind of a China scam STAY AWAY and don’t get burned.

For goodness sakes, stay away from this one. Ordered two all cotton recreational pants. Received the first one...made of what felt like paper and wrong color. And had a worn hole in upper thigh. Second was not only wrong color but wrong size (wouldn't even fit my youngest daughter...and she's petite). Asked for refund. Pearlcosy told me I would have to send pants back to China and pay for the shipping. Colleague from US Dept of State said that he thought the pants reminded him of the cheap trousers poisoners wear over in China. Yikes!

Products are not as illustrated. Quality is very poor, similar looking but not usable. Return goods link is dead. Can’t leave review on website. It’s a waste of money.

I read the reviews, was skeptical. However, I received my products and the experience was nothing but GREAT! Definitely will order again.

The most horrible cheap shoes I have ever purchased. I threw them out upon receiving them. In addition, it took forever to receive them, about 3 months.
Don't know about their other products.

Bought clothes and I ordered xx and that they sent me was their xx is to fit a Small teenager. And didn’t know this was shipped from China and arrived at my house almost a month late. E-Mailed the company and they wanted me to ship back to China and I pay for shipping. This would cost half of what I paid. Then I mailed these back to the address shipped from once in America. Told this company via E-Mail and they said I should have mailed back to China. Don’t do Bussiness with these legal criminals. Sincerely; Michael Maxwell

I ordered a pair of men's casual shoes. When I received them after fifteen days, they were 4 sizes too small. I wrote the company asking how to rectify the problem and receive a refund. The reply came quickly, written unfortunately by someone whose English was atrocious. Please send a screen shot of your purchase order and a scan of the box with the size. I did that and have not heard anything since. I will never purchase from them again and suggest no one else do so.

Took forever to get to the U.S. Ordered 4 pairs of shoe/sandals. First pair came after 6 weeks, months for the other 3. They're kind of OK. Not a great setup on their end and not very helpful tracking info. Wouldn't order again from them.

Chinese company scam - poor quality and terrible customer service

Warning - do not buy from Pearlcosy, or from any company located in China, if there is the slightest chance that you may need to return the product!

The cost to return a product to China far exceeds the cost of the merchandise, and the merchandise must be returned to get a refund. This is especially true if you want proof of delivery!

Their target market consists of individuals unaware of shipping costs to China, not repeat business.

Pearlcosy is founded on neither a quality product or a realistic sizing chart, just a simplistic and deceitful business model.

I got suckered by the cheap price. These are cheap Chinese products right down to the Chinese writing on the shoes and the heavy chemical smell. I can't wear these shoes in the house due to the smell! Size runs very small and it takes forever to get them as they are shipped from China and the product has to clear Customs. Returns are impossible. You get what you pay for.......

Sizes were way off! shirt was XXL wouldn't fit my teenage daughter . shoes were off size as well. Their Service response " "can you just keep the stuff and we will refund you 20%", when I a=said no i would rather return and order new i was told shipping has to be paid for by me and shipping address is in China. Cant make this sh#%$#t up! do not buy from them no matter how great and enticing the price is!

Worst online transaction I have ever had. Cheap, Undersized, horrible quality, Waist of money. Took forever to ship. 2 months to receive. I just threw everything I bought from this rip off company out 10 minutes after I opened the packages.

The worst website that ever existed on this planet. They put on beautiful, good-looking shoes to sell on their website, but in reality this is all a fraud. They send you poor quality shoes from China and ignore all your attempts to contact them to return the shoe and get your money back. Not to mention that, they take almost 3 months to deliver your item. When they get in touch with you, they want to give you a 20% discount on your next purchase instead of returning your money. Never trust this website, it a scam.

As others have said, this is nothing short of a complete scam. I too ordered shoes and one pair were 2 different sizes. Mine came in an envelope filled with clear plastic bags, no order form and still waiting on last pair. I too was offered 30% although I copied and pasted their return policy into the email, asking where it states a percentage. NOWHERE. Had I known this was from CHINA I would have never ordered. No I will not ship all the way back to CHINA hoping they're going to refund my money. I asked why there is no US location, but have yet to hear back. They can't go out of business fast enough.

Send product that doesn't measure the same as the size chart and refused to refund. The teenager nextdoor is two sizes smaller than me and would not fit him! Total rip off let's unite hire a law firm and put them out of business!

It takes forever. When it finally arrives not only is it the poorest quality but the sizing is SO small, it wouldn’t fit a baby!
When I contacted customer service they offered me a 20% refund. If I want to return for a refund I have to pay shipping to China! Now they’re offering me a 50%refund less shipping charges. Rip Off!

Terrible experience. Took almost 2 months to arrive. Ordered 2 mediums and 1 was a 2Xl. Quality was the worst I've seen. And I just turned 69! They finally said I could return for a refund - If I Paid Shipping Back To China !!!!!

There is rating for zero stars which is what they really deserve. I order $100 worth of merchandise that never arrived. This company appears to have their own "shipping company", that is not real but it is set up for you to track packages and to confirmed deliveries. I order in April and supposedly the USPS received it on July 18th, 2020 but it does not specify which office got it but it claims that the USPS left it at a locker at your address. Very crafty. I have an account with the USPS, so I can know when letters and packages will arrive and what was already delivered, never fails. But no records exist anytime on July 18th that a package was received and delivered for me. So I went to my main USPS service office and what they told me chocked: I showed them the transit confirmation for the fictitious shipping international service and there is no where to confirm that they had ever deliver any parcel to any USPS. He went as far to say, that it was happening quite often.
This company must be reported to the FBI, they are stealing our money and getting our credit card information for fraud.
If you ever pay use a Visa Credit card because you will get a refund by reporting as fraud and they transacted without your authorization. Paypal and Discover will never ever fight for you, they will side with the retailer committing fraud.
