First, The company is in Hong Kong. Yeah their slow. They’ve been around a couple of years.
2nd. You have to pa attention to the size charts, that’s why their there.
3rd. Sometimes they wait to place an order with the Mgr...
4th. Use PayPal. That’s what it’s for... if you don’t see your order in a month or two pay pal will refund your money.

Bottom line. Patience is a virtue. Their not Amazon!

ordered a XXL figuring it would be larger than needed. No size chart was available at the time of purchase. Smaller than ANY Asian XXL I've ever seen. Horrible customer service. I feel absolutely ripped off.

Some months ago I ordered two pairs of shoes from Pearlcosy for a total cost of about $80. It took months for the first pair to arrive and the second pair is still stuck in customs in Los Angeles, according to the tracking info given me. The pair that arrived were so small I could not even get my feet into them to check the fit. I've sent a number of emails to Pearlcosy requesting info for the return but have heard nothing. A few nights ago I contacted a helpful young lady in customer service of my credit card company and she listened to my tale of woe and issued me a credit for the Pearlcosy purchase of $80. It'll be interesting if Pearlcosy contests the charge back. Under no circumstances would I consider doing business with them again. Also, the photos of the shoes looked impressive but the actual shoes looked cheap. If anyone, Pearlcosy included, thinks this is a bogus review, I have all the purchase info including the date and credit card charges. Also, I have the one pair of shoes that was dilivered to me.

I should have read this site first. Pearlcosy is a scam and not worth your time. They sent me the wrong shoes and then offered me a 20% discount on my next order. Not the right shoes or a return form. I will never purchase from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COUNTRY!

Don’t waste your money on trash from China. Yes, i mean trash and scams.

Buyers beware! I bought Medium size items which is what I ware for both shirts and trousers. Items I received were smaller than Small and very poor quality.

When I contacted the service dept by email asking for return - I was asked to ship it back to China at my own expenses. They took no responsibility for such a size mismatch and such low quality. I will be filing a Credit Card dispute as well as I was not made aware that return would need to be shipped back to China.

Terrible company. Inaccurate sizing. Poorly constructed. However, the VERY WORST issue with this company is the return policy. This company is based in China. It took almost 3-months to receive the shoes. They didn’t fit and were uncomfortable. When I tried to return them, the rep here said I have to return them to China. The cost was $46.53 for shipping and tracking. The shoes cost $39.99. If these people expect to do business in the US, they need to figure out a way to make this easier...and cheaper. The rep told me to “give the shoes to a friend. Maybe they will like them.” Ridiculous. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PEARLCOSY, unless you have extra money that you have to get rid of. Or, just throw it down the toilet. At least you’ll always know where it is.

There products are total junk, ordered shirts XL they don't even fit my 5 year old son, and pure crap material. ask for a refund and told me to donate the shirt and do not offer refunds. total CRAP, what ever you do DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

This company SUCKS!!!! Do not EVER PURCHASE anything from these scumbags!!!!

PayPay ls also instrumental in their orchestrated fraudulent commerce!!! Chinese scumbag pearlcosy says "oh return the merchandise and "if" we accept the returned package; Paypal will return your money!!! You know how much it costs to send any small package to China from NY? $52 And if they say sorry we don't accept these merchandise. Guess what on top of what you pay, now you are down additional $52!!!

If I knew this was a Chinese company I'd never completed this transaction!!! Paypal ought be responsible.....

UPDATE:
I found a company called Monkey Parcel. Shipped the mickey mouse merchandise back to the address provided by the scumbag Pearlcosy; and guess what??? The merchandise is heading back to me because the address not found or they did not take the delivery of it!!!!! WHY??? Of course not to pay the money back!!!

PAYPAL HAS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENABLING CHINESE MONEY LAUNDERERS TO SCREW AMERICAN CUSTOMERS!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

Garbage material, has absolutely nothing to do with the description as advertised. You cannot imagine how fraudulent and what a massive scam this is. I bought several things and got ..literally..garbage.
I’m in shock that this can still happen. Don’t give them a dollar of your hard earned money!!

Had I read these various negative reviews before I placed an order for slippers, I would have NEVER ordered from this company. Nowhere on their website do they state these items are from China. It's a widespread fact that products from China are much smaller than U.S. items and are basically "crap."

Not only did I have to wait 16 calendar days to receive my slippers, but it is quite obvious that they are very cheaply made, of inferior quality and substantially over-priced for comparable dollar-store merchandise.

The funny thing is, they go above and beyond to disguise the fact that their items are from China and are being shipped from China. My address label actually had a Queens, New York return address. I guess they are fully cognizant that there are negative connotations associated with lower quality Chinese-made rubbish.

I essentially paid $19.99, plus $8.00 shipping for slippers that I could have originally purchased from the Wish website, for a mere fraction of the cost.

Goodbye Pearlcosy. Let's see how much longer this clandestine China company will be in business.

I had similar situations as others. I ordered 6 items. All were way under-sizes (I ordered XL and they were like M).

They state they have a full return policy. When I contacted them for a return, they tried to offer me discounts on other purchases to keep pants I couldn’t wear. They them told me I had to pay shipping for the return to China.

Ok, I said... I will even do that. They sent me the address. I packed up everything and shipped it. Then I sent them the tracking label like they asked.

They told me “oops” we gave you the wrong address (distribution center instead of returns) and that they were sorry. They said if I could get the package back (neat trick) and send it to another address .... blah blah blah.

Hoping to get my $100 back through PayPal.

We ordered 5 shirts. Followed the size chart snd got the shirts one size bigger just in case.
Finally the shirts came. The size was small for my husband. I emailed them the following day. The Company kept saying that they have delivered the shirts. I repeated the message the shirts are to small and I would like to return them back to the Co. Again they repeated we sent sent and you’ve received the shirts. It was so frustrating!!
What ever you do, DO NOT BUY from this CO.
This is the worst customer service. The linen material is also itchy. Nit good.

I made a purchase. It took a month to get it. Their products were skimpy and didn't fit. I asked to return them and they offered me a 30% discount. I told them again that they don't fit. I never heard from them again until I stopped the credit card payment. Then they sent me directions on how to send it back. I will do that today and expect an argument. They have emailed me and asked me to release the money and they would credit me. I said I will release the payment when this is all over. Trust is lost because of their behavior. The company's name is Pearlcosy.

Horrible customer service. Email available only. They ignore replies. Impossible to track package from factory in china.
Sent wrong sandals and have not refunded or exchanged.

A SCAM COMPANY! Ordered items XL and they came 2 months later and were maybe medium. I asked to return items they suggested I keep items and would give me 50% credit in 5-15 days. Never got it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINA VIRUS COMPANY! I should have researched them! LESSON LEARNED

Better off taking your money and burning it - cheaply made - took 6 weeks longer for delivery than advertised - my XL pants were too small and after washing and drying barely fit my 5'5" wife

What a big disappointment with my products. I didn't find out after the fact that the product and shipment comes all the way from China. The size labels are sewed onto to the other labels that are in Chinese. I ordered 3x and the sizes were actually between a medium and a large. Their return policy page is conveniently shut down. I do not recommend Pearlcosy!

I've been waiting weeks and weeks for my shorts and have no idea. The last update show them in Customs in Shenzen China two weeks ago. Don't order from here is want something in the next month.

Poor quality control and inaccurate sizes.

Pearlcosy shipped size 9 shoes that were labeled as Euro 44, which is US 10.5, but I ordered US11 and they said shoes being almost 1.5" smaller was to be expected. I would understand 3/8" difference between brands, but that's ridiculous.

They also failed to apply a 30% discount code they sent me and would not acknowledge it and expected me to pay for return shipping due to their inaccurate sizes.
