only one star because I couldn't go lower. The products are cheaply made and slowly shipped from China. The customer service is even worst. I would not waste my time or my money ever again.

Very cheaply made, cheap material and very, very small for a man in the USA. Pants was ordered in a 5X and shirt a 3X, based on some assessments and reviews from customers. Not worth the money and the 2+ months before they arrived at my home in the USA. No one to contact, no responses to urgent emails. DON’T BUY.

Worst retail experience I ever went through! Waited over two months for my order and the shirt was of poor quality and too small. Because of the bad service and delivery delay, I can't return this product. NEVER AGAIN

Pearlcosy is a complete scam operation !!!

Ordered three (3) pair of summer weight pants .. waited 6 weeks for delivery only to receive from a third party distribution center located in Springfield Gardens, New York, two (2) pair of grossly under-sized pants and a shirt. Contacted Pearlcosy via email for return instructions ( web site clearly states consumer has 14 days after receipt of goods to return for full refund) I was offered a 40% reduction in cost and I could keep the unusable products. Florida State Attorney General's Office of Consumer Fraud has been notified. New York Attorney General's Office of Consumer Fraud is my next call.
AVOID THIS COMPANY !

Ordered over a hundred bucks worth of goods in May and never received the goods. They sent me a tracking number that provides no answer other than in transit. I've written them a number of times, with no response. They had a US address on their site, but it has been removed. Had to contact AmEx to get the charges reversed. Don't buy from this company if you don't want to get ripped off. They are a typical FB china scam business.

This company is a total scam they send clothing, that is paper thin and the wrong size with misleading labels

There solutions was to give it away as a gift our ship it back to them at my cost which would cost more than the actual clothes with a 20% discount on my next order - REALLY!!!! Never again

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE! Waited over a month just for any type of communication. Finally got PayPal involved and got a refund.

I ordered almost $100 worth of shirts and beach pants, and waited over 2 months to receive my merchandise and one package finally came in and i tried to put it on and that's when I realized that even though I ordered an XL the size they sent me seemed to be a child XL !!! Same thing with the other items I received. This company is a total scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I'm trying to get a refund ! ZERO Rating!

Since there is not a Zero star rating available, I must give them a 1 star rating. Ordered some cotton beach pants and took their recommendation that their sizes are a bit small. Therefore, I ordered a Large where I would ordinarily order a Medium. Nearly two months later, the cheap cotton pants arrived. They were way too small, even at the Large size. I emailed "customer service" and their best recommendation was to give the order away as gifts and order the right size, with an offer of a 20% discount. I tried 3 times to get an RMA slip, but they would not budge. Simply my problem. AVOID this vendor at all costs. This is cheap, ill-fitting merchandise with no customer service options after the purchase.

Well here it is Two Months lafter placing my order and somehow it is in Pitney Bows facility somewhere. I believe this UK company gets your order them orders it from some unknown company in China and now you wait and hope it gets delivered. If I checked these reviews prior to ordering I would not have placed my order. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SLOW DELIVERY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO FIND YOU STUFF.

If 0 Stars were available I would choose that.

This company does not following their return policy. I received my items and they did not fit. I contacted customer service based on the Refund Policy and they will not provide a RMA number to return the items. Instead they suggested I give my items to a friend and they would give me 20% my next order and then when I asked for my refund they offered another 30%. This company is a fraud.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT SMELLS LIKE A SCAM.
They took almost $100 of my money for an order they never delivered and failed to reply to any emails.

I ordered several items of clothing from Pearlcosy - based on their size charts online. It took forever to get the products - at least a month. When I got the products and tried them on, I found that they came not even close to fitting me - even though I purposely ordered at least one size bigger than I would normally because in my experience Chinese clothing companies stated sizes online do not even come close to matching 'USA'm sizes. Anyway, the products are totally worthless to me and Pearlcosy has refused to give me a Return Authorization or Refund. Avoid this company like the plague.

Stay away from this company. I bought some shirts from them as supposed Large, what I received would fit a 10 year old. Wanting to return them to Pearlycosy and I'm being told I have to return them to the manufacturer in China.

Bought 3 shirts, liked the design and look online, Please hear this, My kids Halloween costumes are made of better quality. the stuff they sell is crap.

We've been waited for so long to receive our orders today. We were so excited to open it but too disappointed that they shipped wrong color. We ordered 3 white white but received 3 gray color. the style and material is good.

I have ordered couple of items from their website late of June and the items were not yet shipped. On the 2nd of July I contacted them this is what they responded:

Please accept our profound apologies for the late delivery. We are so sorry to tell you that your order was failed to deliver due to the issue with our related logistic company.
However, please do not worry; we will solve the issue ASAP.
Would you like to wait for your order? It will be shipped out in 20 days.
Looking for hearing from you.

I replied that I would wait for the 20 days and if by the end of the 22nd of July the items are not shipped to cancel the order.

On the 15th of July they sent me another email, below is what they sent me:

Thank you very much for your purchase.

We really value your business.

We have to say sorry that your package has been declined because this is a busy season for shipping. Could you please wait few days for it?

If you don’t want to wait anymore, we can issue a full refund as soon as possible.

Waiting for your reply.

I have replied to them immediately that I would like to cancel the order and retrieve my money back, but no respond from their side, on the plus side they had a Facebook page and suddenly it was removed.

I also have a feeling that my credit card has been hacked because of them, but luckily I have solved the issue

similar to other posts, took over a month to receive my shoes that were way too small. i made four unsuccessful attempts to contact service to exchange without courtesy of a reply. not sure it's a scam company, but customer service is non existent and product i received is useless.

I would them a zero, but wasn't an option. Ordered from these crooks over a month ago and tracking info shows still in China "awaiting shipment". Stay away from these @##$%. They make like they're a British Company, but another Chinese scam.

I ordered from them on June 27th. The order tracking todays "says" it finally made it to a US shipping facility. No idea when I will get it. I am thinking the product will be crap. I sent an email a week ago to cancel because it showed still sitting in China customs. No response. I doubt they will respond for a return either.
