What a terrible company Peddler is. First they say they can't find the address, and then the next day they say they left it in the mailbox at number 39. On which street? Nothing has been delivered here, and my phone number is even on the package... just call me.

No, Peddler is yet another company that doesn't take the delivery of valuable packages very seriously.

I would advise everyone to never send anything with this company. One star is too many.

My package was delayed by a day due to "unforeseen circumstances" which led me to look up Peddler online. I was bombarded by negative reviews which scared me a bit. However, I sent them a mail asking them if they even delivered to my location and before they could even respond, my package was delivered. They also responded within a day, in contrast to what a lot of people here are saying. I had no issues with the delivery and everything went fine, taking into account that I paid alot less than if I had done delivery via a more well known company.

It was straight forward. He rang the door bell, i answered the door. Thank you!

No reaction from customer service. Package has been noted as 'delivered' at neighbours. Neighbours don't have my package. And I believe them as they always take my packages and bring them to me when I am not at home.

Peddler couriers always leave the packages unattended at the entrance of the apartment building where everything's up for grabs for even people who don't live here. Like, what the hell?!

What a horrible service. As you can read the overwhelmingly bad reviews, don't be distracted by the couple few with a 5 star review, they're horrible.

Delivered my costume too late due to unforeseen circumstances

What a horrible delivery company. They give you a time frame from 10 in the morning until 9 in the evening and they always seem to miss the delivery. You can’t reschedule, choose another delivery option or that the package can be delivered at a drop off point.

Zeker geen ster waard.waited the whole day for my package, only to be told it could not be delivered due to circumstances. That’s unacceptable. If you cannot handle deliveries, don’t take responsibility for them. Customers are the ones who suffer from your irresponsibility. Very bad service.”

Terrible delivery service. They don't inform you when they're coming. They just randomly show up, do 2 random deliver attempts, and then just return your item to sender! Even items that would cleary fit in the letterbox without a problem.
They don't bring it to the nearest parcel pickup point. They don't offer any options, like deliver with neighbours, etc. like EVERY other delivery service. And you can't even contact them. The whole company feels like a borderline scam.

I stopped ordering from certains onine stores just bc Peddler is their chosen delivery service in my country. Would give 0 stars if I could!

What is youre policy..
Ive nobody s home. another atempt then another atempt before sending it back to the sender.
No what happen now, youre delivery person just throw it over the window glass and then outside in front of my frontdoor.
Im not at home currently in Spain.
Customer service doesnt respond, you are far by the most S..T corporation that excist, i dont have any good word for this, you cannot longer excist.
I call up all and everyone to make sure Ali in China will not use this compagny to shipp anymore.
The more complains to Ali the faster it will happen that this compagny will learn from there wrong doing.
Contact Ali customer service to explain youre problem and it will soon be done with this garbage compagny.

Very stressful experience. Four times unsuccesfull delivery, yet I was home all the time. It has been 10 days and I am still waiting to receive my packages.

Expected 3 parcels and received 3 parcels, but only one was not for me. Send mail, but reading all reviews I do not expect an answer. I hope Aliexpress swaps back to post.nl as this is slow and bad.

This is the worst company for delivering goods i have ever seen:

1. They lost one package and never compensate;
2. They rescheduled 2 times one same package and am still waiting to get my package;
3. They said they deliverd one package but i have never received it.

After multiple times to contact them they still didn't solve a single thing..

I recommend al the companies that work with them to just find new companies that can deliver because this is the reason i will never order anymore of a company that works together with Peddler.

Does not deliver packages. Cancels redelivery attempts and does not reply to support request. A delivery company that does not deliver is a simply fraud.

This company will either steal, lose or destroy your packages.

I am waiting now for the second day for a package from AliExpress. They give you a delivery timeframe from 9am until 9pm and when you have already waited at home all day and night, they reschedule to the next day due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
This has already happened 2 times and looking at the other reviews it probably won’t be the last time.
How is it possible that you only realize after 24 hours that a delivery is not possible. Lame excuses. Shit Company

There is 0 accountability at this company, we should also complain to Aliexpress so they stop contracting deliveries to these clowns. Out of 4 packages with Peddlers, 2 had issues. I was supposed to receive my package today, I was at home but tracking says there was an unsuccesful delivery attempt. They didn't even ring my doorbell and I have BringMe boxes accessible for delivieries.

Nice peddlers who take good care of your package very well.
