Useless delivery service as they cannot delivery to an office address even this address is all the time open and has receiption. They will tell you the office cannot be found or closed at the middle of the day.

Package was not delivered to my house but left in the main hall were anybody can take it and so they did. Went downstairs as soon as I realized the delivery man didn't drop it off at my front door and no package.

I wait all day for my package, suddenly I receive an email saying “package delivered” even though nobody rung the bell. I rush downstairs and I see the delivery man still there on his phone, so I ask him where my package is given he put it on delivered. He blunty tells me that my package was not with him, but he marked it as delivered by accident because he wanted to mark someone else’s as delivered, then tells me “maybe” my package will be delivered tomorrow. It doesn’t help that peddler express doesn’t even have a phone number I can contact them through….

Never knew them before this fiasco! They said my package was delivered, well - IT'S NOT! No pick up point, no telephone number, no nothing! I wasn't home and got an email that my package is out for delivery, 15 minutes later I got another email saying my package is delivered. I was nervous about this because no one was home. Eventually I came to find out that nothing has been delivered! What a shit company that seems to scam their costumes and partners. I hope I'll see my package because I am beyond frustrated at this point.

Nice and all that peddler is a green choice but everytime its delayed, no communication, 4 days before even answering an email. The 5 times they where selected by the sending party only 1 time i recieved my package without hassle. Really everything you dont want to be wrong with a delivery service is wrong with Peddler.

It doesn't make sense. Customer service is worthless, there is no known number to contact, the only contact moment is via a BOT, every time I gave my email I didn't get an email. They also tell you to deliver between 9 am and 9 pm and at the last minute they say that the delivery time failed, now my package is going back while it is their fault. I don't understand how this bad service still exists.

where is my package? I was at home all day, no one came, the website claimed it was delivered and sign but no clue where.

Impossible to find support

I’ve worked with them for a couple of months: constant psychological abuse during shifts, precarious contracts and awful work environment. Got fired without any notice.

I've ordered an item from aliexpress and my shipment would've come today but the problem is is that there is a 11 hour window which is not realistic for an order.

I would have to be for the lookout the entire day just to wait for a single item. secondly my package hasn't even arrived and trying to get into contact is even harder with you just being left with a bot saying that they are gonna reply soon.

Once again I am getting issues with delivery. Last two weeks I’ve been trying to get sensible response from help desk, since my package was not getting delivered with a reason “wrong address”. No action were taken that time and they sent my package back to the sender. Now, few weeks later again same situation: again “wrong address” in the new delivery, while address is correct.

They are a total chaos. Peddler is unable to give a more precise delivery time. At present, you get a time slot of 12:00 hours, you have to wait at home. Then they miss their own 12:00 time slot. Don't answer queries. Only the next day around 12:00 they say wait till 21:00. When asked if I really have to wait all day again, they now tell me well, no you're not going to get your package today either. Maybe in 1 -2 days. (that would be 4 days since they were supposed to deliver). They also said: "Additionally, please note that we make a total of three delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after these three attempts, it will unfortunately be returned to the sender".

Once again... They dont deliver my package. Aliexpress keeps using peddler for their delivery services. If you have the choice to not use their service, please dont. The first time i was not home. They couldnt deliver my package. I emailed them to put the package in front of my door. Delivery failed. I emailed them again to do the same. Delivery failed. The funny part is i am at home. nobody rang the bell even so the package was supposed to put in front of my door. They were not even here.

Package was delivered on an adress 3.5 kilometer away from my own adress. Peddler said they can't arrange a pickup of my parcel themselfs and asked me to fix their problem. It was also a package that needed signing for...

It's the one service I've never had NOT deliver something.
It's almost always same day delivery, even if things arrive late in the evening, sometimes that's EXACTLY what's needed.
The one time I thought they mismarked a delivery as completed without me actually having my item l, they've actually delivered to my neighbor AND SENT ME AN EMAIL ABOUT IT. I just didn't read it, so, "user error" and not them.

Got half my stuff and it was sticking out of my door in the rain for hour's in the rain.

There is no option to change the delivery day or time. Even worse are the time windows, from 9:00 - 21:00. No one is home the whole day!!!

Also, anyone doesn't work from home can't use Peddler. Because there isn't an option to deliver at a pick-up point.
