Could have done much better
No confirmation of purchase from supplier, no comms about shipment date n tracking until day it arrived and product not same as described. 1.4kg bag delivered not 1.5kg as purchased.

Dog advent calendar
I ordered two dog calendars unfortunately they didn't have the ones I ordered in, so they gave me two different ones (Woolf) amd my dogs absolutely love them, I will be getting these ones again next year.

Stock in early don’t wait till you run out
The bags of hay I received were as described and sold at a good price, you just need to order a bit earlier when you still have stock at home as delivery took over five days with no follow up after the initial notice. Good my rabbit accepted other hay eventually or else he would have starved for days…It’s not a scam just takes a while to get things sent out

The price is competitive, customer service didn’t match
Had to go to the store twice because even though I was told it would be there on Saturday afternoon, it didn’t arrive until Sunday afternoon. I never received the text to tell me that it was ready for collection. My 87 year old father went the second time, and reported that no one would help him lift the 12.5kg bag of dog food into the car, and that he was largely ignored when he spoke.

Great value and will order again.
I ordered a bird cage with standard delivery. The cage was delivered in the exected timeframe it might have been better to have tracking information earier than teh day before delivery. I did call Peejay Pets for reassurance and the staff were friendly and helpful. Guess we are just all spoiled by too much information.
