It was an experience all the way through for me. Mr Jones had been there every step of the way. Me that is not up to date with technology but Mr Jones was. I had been approved for the loan and the last step was to do the electronicly sign on? Well I failed that, I had just finished night shift then try to do the form? I didn't even pass the Security clearance. I called Mr Jones, I had just lost all aspect in passing anything? Mr Jones Calm me down, and reassured me there always a way around Technology? Here was right, and the task was completed with delight thanks to Mr Jones at Pegasus Finance. Thank you for your time and your Team too. With warm regards Geraldine

Would not recommend. We had beenhoping to finance a van or campervan. Initial contact was pleasant and all relevant information taken. We received a call the next day from a staff member who basically offered us £25k but the total amount payable was almost £40K!!! How is that ok ? I knew our credit scores were good and so when questioned I was told it is what it is and wasn't given any explanation. I felt very sad and frustrated that they wouldn't at least explain further.
Needless to say I've now gone somewhere else and I am so glad. There are better lenders out there.

We contacted Pegasus to arrange finance for our VW Campervan build after the dealer we bought from recommended a broker and he took 3 days to come back to us with a ridiculous quote. From the very first contact with Pegasus we knew we were at the right place. I spoke with George who was fantastic within an hour he had us finance approved and within budget. A few days later we recieved a lovely touch through the post, George had sent us a VW Camper key ring for our new van keys with a lovely note. It took 9 weeks for our van to be converted into a camper and George was in constant contact with me, putting my mind at rest that we had gone with the right company! I cannot thank Pegasus enough for turning my dreams into reality and I just want to say that George is an absolute credit to the company his customer service skills are phenomenal and one of the many reasons I will use Pegasus again in the future. Absolutely brilliant

Just phoned re finance for a static told better to be a homeowner and could my daughter in law apply for Fianance as we rent from her before he even took my details would not reccomend at all
Now looking st another lender felt he was not interested

I have an excellent credit rating and lots of disposable income. So, I thought now would be a good time to look at getting the campervan we always wanted. I applied for £40,000.

I got a call from someone telling me that the pandemic is affecting the terms being offered and the most he could get for me was £15,000.

This is just ridiculous! No idea what crappy providers they are using but I went straight to another place and got £35,000 with no problems.

Not a great broker at all.
