Great experience so far. Communication was clear and fast, and the team was very helpful and flexible when I needed an additional PenMat for the correct iPad size, even after my original order had already shipped.

I’ve also tried PenTips 2+ and 3 and genuinely love them; great feel, very quiet, and thoughtfully designed.

Shipping for the PenMat is still in progress, but based on the experience so far, I’m very happy with PenTips products and their customer support.

I’ve had a great experience with PenTips. I’ve used two different screen protectors for different iPad models, and both felt excellent to write and draw on. They’re easy to apply, simple to remove and reattach when needed, and I usually keep mine on since my iPad is mainly for writing and drawing. I highly recommend them.

On top of that, the service feels personal and generous, which really adds value as a customer. I’ve been happy to recommend PenTips to others who use an iPad as well.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while.

In March 2024 (Order number #109478), I bought a PenMat for my iPad Pro and two Pentip inks. While I like the feeling of writing with a Pentip ink on a PenMat, the Pentip ink is not of good quality; the metal bits pop out very easily. I have my two initial Pentip inks replaced, and the two replacements had the same problems. I am not sure if it is because I press too much, but I write on paper with 0.5 HB, so my pressure shouldn't be too high.

My "go-to" for pen tips! High quality products that last and perform to standards. I've purchased several sets of tips - both 2+ and 3 (from the kickstarter to addtl orders) - as well as the penmat... shipping was fast with good communication. I use my ipad and pen for multiple hours, daily, and could not be happier with the performance of these products.

I would highly recommend PenTips 3 it’s a an essential tool for anyone creating art on iPad plus it’s very useful in photo editing app’s as well. Great company.

I've been using several products regularly since earlier this year, and they are all of amazing quality. I've especially been enjoying the InkTip with the PenMat for writing, and now also the PenTip3 for drawing on my iPad. I had a problem recently and the support was super friendly and helpful, and sent out a replacement in no time. For me, the quality and level of service is well worth the higher prices.

The Penmat 2 is working great.
All together with pentips ink they help me to have a better writing experience over my iPad surface. Now it is not slippery, so I have a more accurate writing performance. It’s also a protection for the screen, that can be removed really easily and stays at the place firmly. If you are a painter (which I’m not) you could miss a more transparent layer, but for writers works really well.

I am a huge fan and user of pen tips products. And when an order was mixed up, they turned around and sent me a new one within days. Incredible customer service on top of having incredible products.

There was a shipping SNAFU which was promptly resolved with personal service. The PenTips 2+ work beautifully as promised, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Pen tips really improve my experience using an Apple Pencil. For me they are a must!

While substantially more expensive than earlier versions, Pentips 3 are a significant improvement over previous tips, which had no method of secure attachment to the Apple Pen tip and most of my tip inventory was lost due to detachment and not wear.

I really like the product and have had good experiences with the tips themselves and with the company's response to inquiries about my orders.

Excellent communication and service from order on 11/24/2025 to delivery a few days later. Delivery arrived a lot sooner than expected especially for a Hawaii delivery. The package was delivered in excellent condition. I've ordered many times and the PenTips 3 are by far the best tip for my apple pencil 2nd gen compared to all the other tips I've ordered.

These tips are perfect for me. They provide the perfect resistance without having to add a screen protector such as Paperlike.
