placed order 2 months ago appalling service keeps saying will let me know asap when dispatched not heard from them so never buy from this company to be honest they get your money then hear nothing so stear clear of them . show lovely clothes but dont be fooled i will never trust them again ,at least with shein you get your purchase

Total Scam. Ordered 1 item in the 7th March 2024, Never received. Cancelled the order and still no refund despite emailing to say this has been processed. No longer replying to my emails. Avoid at all costs. I have now taken this to the media who are very interested in the content I have. Can I suggest everyone does the same to stop these fraudsters

Ordered weeks ago, still no order arrived, emails go unanswered, no way to track or request a refund. Luckily I only ordered 1 cheap thing to test if this was a scam site or not which it clearly is. Everyone needs to avoid this fake company like the plague!

Please don’t buy from them, it’s a scam and they are using no-angels videos & profile which they have said they have reported to Facebook and they won’t take down. I was lucky I got the money back from my bank but they are a total waste of your money- stay away

I was led to belive I was buying in the uk its been 4 weeks since I ordered and they say its been delivered but I have nothing I don't treat myself very often as like most hard working people can't afford to which leaves me feeling real f.c...g angry but Karma is the sweetest thing

Same experience from all these ladies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The dress I bought was nothing like the woman showed in the video on social media. I can't even wear the dress it's so see through! It took 25 days for my parcel to arrive. So very disappointing!

Pretty sure I’ve been scammed .. no sign of a date for delivery despite it now being 3 weeks + since preserving was made . I’ll be asking pay pal to refund as email communication is just evasive .. I have communicated weekly so far .

Hi I wish I had looked at the reviews for this company the dresses on tik tok that the lady models are nothing like the dress I finally received today after so many emails . I always vet quality items from tik tok but when ordering from these people they refer you to another site so not brought through tik tok link. So disappointing. I will apply for a refund through PayPal and make a complaint as its false advertising. I would have loved the dress had it been the same one aa described and the quality. Very poor .

After 2 months my order eventually arrived. It was a ladies outfit totally out of shape. It cannot be altered or worn by anyone else. I have asked for a refund but with each email they offer me another 10% off the price. 2 months later we are at 60% discount and I am still shouting at them to return my total payment. I live on a pension and bought the outfit for an occasion. I cannot afford this kind of loss.

I bought a top from the official pendary site thinking that it would be delivered from the UK this doesn't seem to be the case. on numerous occasions I've sent emails and has had a reply saying to be patient, patient I've already waited three weeks I've paid delivery and your telling me to be patient never ever will I buy from this seller again .

It’s a scam. They use no angels boutiques videos!! I ordered over £150 worth of clothes. Still no shipping email over 2 weeks. Requested to cancel my order twice and they say havent but heard nothing since the original request! Terrible communication. Praying my bank refund my money & take action! Awful awful service!!

I would have given no stars but does not allow, dress arrived after 3 weeks shocking quality, unable to return they keep asking me for pictures of packaging, dress etc, wont send me their return policy.

I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago.
Contacted them a few times, every time a different name came up and just kept telling me to be patient they had a lot of orders !!
On my bank details it was not Pendany but canoe technology???????
After getting in contact with the company x amount of times I decided to carry out a dispute with my bank and got a refund within 10 minutes.
