My experience is like everyone else’s. 5 weeks after ordering a dress, chasing 4 times and receiving platitudes like ‘we’ll put more people on your order’, I have now cancelled my order and demanded a full refund.

Appalling company.

Ordered dress, never arrived, wish I had searched it before I made purchase. Definitely a scam site! Was told to be patient, even though they promise delivery within 5 days. Requested a refund, not received money

Shocking, the same as all the other reviews, stupidly ordered from them, no answer via emails or social media. DO NOT ORDER from them, they are a scam company

If there was zero rating I would give this company, took over a month to receive my order, when it arrived it stank of sweat, the trousers are horrible really cheap material, one reouser leg smaller the the other, th neck lines big when I emailed them about the issue they requested photographic evidence I did, until today they refusing to refund me, they will only refund 30% even after they acknowledged the outfit is faulty and it's their mistake .
I will not recommend this brand to anyone

Three orders placed in January. Nothing arrived. Responses to emails requesting refunds are from a variety of names, in poor English and not responding to the points raised.

Don’t order you will not receive your order.

Appears to be UK! Obviously not. Ordered over month ago nothing! Requested refund after being fobbed off time and time again. Shame as the clothing looks so nice.

Please do not order from this company, service is appalling! I ordered two trouser suites, after taking a long time to arrive the items did not fit as the sizing on the website is inaccurate, the suites were too small, I contacted pendany to ask if I could return them and exchange them for another size as I liked the items, I was told by a person in the name of Sue to give the items to someone else and they would offer me 10% discount on another purchase!!!! really! how does that work! I have been charged for items that do not fit due incorrect/ inaccurate information when ordering! now I am expected to pay again if I want to order again in another size! Disgraceful service, do not waste your money purchasing anything from this company.

Unfortunately I never read reviews on here ordered a dress 19th march not received it its a scam luckly paid through PayPal and credit card so will claim it back but avoid this site don't buy scam website

Ordered dress many weeks ago have complained to the company had an excuse email back .Do NOT USE THIS SITE ITS A SCAM

I ordered a dress from their TikTok shop. Got charged an additional £4.99 postage.
Their Ts&Cs state 5 days + up to 20 days for delivery - completely unacceptable but fine.
It’s been a full calendar month and I have yet to receive the dress. No communication from the company after numerous emails.

Ordered a blue shirt with lace pattern 8 weeks ago - still not received it. I’ve emailed and they emailed back saying they’re so very busy and will send out soon. I think I’ve definitely lost my money. Don’t be fooled. Definitely a scam site and needs banning.

Ordered a lovely dress, never arrived. Sent 3 e mails and got usual answer, busy, understaffed, told to be patient.
Got fed up waiting reported payment to my bank and got money back, pending their investigation

Same experience as others.
This company should not be trading and should have been shut down and not allowed to advertise on any social media.

Ordered items and sadly didn’t read the reviews and now like the previous review their so called customer service gives very dodgy responses and now doesn’t respond at all. Thankfully I will get a refund from my credit card company. Please DO NOT use this company EVER !
