I proposed today after getting the ring. She told me to rate it 10,000 stars. I was a little uncertain with black gold and a black opal, and seeing it online vs what I would get in person. But it absolutely delivered exactly what I hoped for. It looks gorgeous and suits her perfectly.

When there was an issue with the sizing I was able to speak with someone to fix the problem before getting the ring and having to send it back

The ring is beautiful, the only thing is that it is too big I will have to get it resized. It was supposed to be 7.5 but it is a bit bigger than my fiancé's size 8 regular ring.

I sent in a support ticket during my order and the response was very timely. I put the ticket in around 9pm CST not expecting to get a response until the next day. I believe I had a response by 10pm that same night that eased my concerns.
