Brilliant service from start to finish. No false promises. We had a composite door fitted today. Prices were a bit more expensive but I can now see why. Door is of high quality and feels solid. Sales man Trevor was fab, came in on his day off to help us. No hard sales. Kept up to date with delivery. Fitters today were lovely, very polite and friendly. Tidy workers. Cleaned up as they went along. Finish is of high standard. Highly recommended. Worth paying the bit extra 👌🏼

Triple glazing doesn't come cheap, so you want them fitted properly. Peninsular quoted a very competitive price. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and professional - our fitters Kyle and Nathan were excellent, all our windows and doors were expertly finished inside and out. We're very pleased, and will be getting the rest of our windows from Peninsular too.

We had a door replaced that was a lot wider and taller than normal. Company had a good selection of alternatives available, and I was very pleased with the end result. All staff were very pleasant to deal with.

From the initial contact with the Peninsula team, followed by the survey by Aron, through to the installation team, the whole process was smooth and professional. Information and advice were always available and we were kept up to date with progress every step of the way. On the day of the install Kyle and Nathan were there bright and early to fit the large picture window. Did a great job on the install and left the site clean and tidy afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending Peninsula and will be coming back to them in the future for other work we need doing.

We are very pleased with our conservatory warm roof. The installation of which was smooth from start to finish. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the installation team were a pleasure to have on site.

Communication was excellent throughout. We would not hesitate to do business with Peninsula in the future.

From start to finish the whole team at Peninsula were great. We had a specific door and colour in mind (Solidoor). Tom the salesman helped us to get that. The fitter that installed the door was excellent he did a great job and we are both pleased with the end result. 10 out of 10 for Peninsula would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them!!

We had sliding doors and windows installed by Peninsular Windows. Sadly on installation one glass unit was damaged. This took a long time to be replaced. When the glass unit was finally replaced the fitters damaged the frame. Many months later we are still waiting for the damage to be rectified. In addition the company have refused to issue a FENSA Certificate for the installation. The windows have been fully paid for, despite the misleading information from Peninsula windows. Best avoid

From the start to the finish peninsula windows made me feel at ease i’m on my own so always feel nervous choosing things.Tommy the sales man put my mind at ease was so patient and helped me make the right choice in windows.I love them and my door,So professionally installed the men where so polite and tidy you would never no that new windows and doors had been fitted.I have just recommended Peninsular windows to my friend so thank you so much i love my door and windows thank you for making this so easy.

Chris, the Salesman, was brilliant and kept in touch with us throughout the sales and order process. The Solarlux windows are absolutely fantastic. The windows and doors are in a different league. I can’t rate the after sales service or Peninsula Windows highly enough.

We had 5 windows replaced. Our first Peninsula contact was with Tommy who went through our options, timeframes and price. Very, very helpful. Thereafter the survey and installation happened fairly quickly. The windows are great quality, the installers did an excellent job and the one little 'snag' we had was dealt with immediately. We would happily recommend Peninsula and will use them again when we next need some work doing.

From the outset Peninsula were a pleasure to deal with, no pressure to buy or hard sell from Tommy (salesman) just honest and sound advice. Our replacement front bay windows and door including additional features e.g. trickle vents and lead windows (upper section) are of the highest quality. Shout out also to Shane (surveyor) for rectifying a design fault (lead units) so promptly and with minimum fuss. I can't fault the quality of work carried out by the fitters who were all friendly and pleasant to deal with. Also very tidy!! Would highly recommend Peninsula for anyone considering replacing their existing windows and doors.

From the prompt response to my initial enquiry, through measuring up and providing scale drawing for the planning permission all the way through to installation they have been absolutely fantastic. I love my new windows and would absolutely recommend Peninsula.

We recently had our front door and windows replaced, Peninsula were brilliant, right from my first appointment with Tommy through to the installation teams.
House no longer has any drafts and the windows have blocked out the road noise, couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic team from beginning to end. I’m so pleased with the Solarlux corner door which has opened up the house to the garden beautifully. I never would have been able to have the imagination to do this without the help of the design team. I’m also pleased with the other windows and doors and the installation team left the job spotless. Enquired to Peninsula about getting repaired a Conservatory built by another company that had leaked like a sieve from day one.
Tommy was my initial contact who promptly came and assessed the job and very quickly identified the problems.The Conservatory would require a new gutter box,roof, and main window.
This visit was followed by Peninsula's surveyor to confirm, and take further measurements.
I received prompt communication in writing re cost,contract and guarantee.
The two representatives of Peninsula who did the work were professional and skilled throughout the job,which took 3 full days.They arrived on time to the minute each day and also ensuring that disruption to my neighbours was minimal.
Overall a very positive and stress free experience and I would highly recommend Peninsula.

What a great company the staff the fitters the product . So professional so helpful. I am delighted with all my windows and doors they are such good quality. You do get what you pay for. They did the whole house 3bed semi with three doors . Jan 3 and it was so wet but they worked like trojans. J
