So far great customer service.
After I ordered my product, I scrolled down the page and realized there was a different one I would like. I said an email to customer service to ask if they could trade it out.
They immediately responded i didn't even know they would do their best to make it happen. And today I got confirmation that they were able to do so. It's obvious that customer service is important and that speaks volumes in today's l commerce environment. So for that, they've already got my five stars on their customer service.

Great company, Great product. ! Reasonably priced and effective ! Please hear me Loud and Clear ! You will loose more long term users with the auto enroll of re occurring orders than you will continued profit ! Maybe put up front a new order will have to be a minimum of 2 months order of each individual product ! Have faith in your product, not locking people in to months of purchase!!

Amazing scents that last a long time...
Overall, the products are excellent - shipping speed and tracking were both acceptable. The scents last varying lengths of time, and I don't necessarily support the 12+ hours claimed for every scent, but if applied a little heavy-handedly it lasts 8+ hours easily, and it isn't like a quick reapplication is any sort of serious inconvenience. These are my go-to for everyday wear.

Smell is good light and don’t last
Customer service replied quick when I reached out about my shipping address. Product came in a fair time day longer would have been long over due… now as far as the smell they smell great. Some scents are lighter than others however the smell is great… but there is a bit it doesn’t last no damn 12hrs not sure if it last 2hrs I rather keep spending 150 200 on the cologne gold district smells the best so far. Tom ford is good but light ysl is lighter than tom ford but once u put it on the smell opens up but it doesn’t last at all honestly by the time I get to my car I’m putting on a bit more

I'm highly disappointed 😞... they claim the fragrance is so strong in this lotion or skin cream. Me and my son can barely make out a fragrance other then a skin cream smell. Don't even bother if you want to fragrance they claim to have. Just buy the fragrance off of Klone. Same sent they don't have and way cheaper then the name brand.

Products were fair, but auto refill was not. I am allergic to something in products and I tried several times to cancel product refill and they just did not care and sent products. Horrible customer service. They smell good and moisturize fair, I gave my first batch away.

Kept responding with someone will respond to me in 24-48 hours.
