Do Not Use This Company
We started a process to withdraw a pension using this company, after receiving the very glossy brochure and agreeing to terms, we then heard nothing from the company for months, we had told them we needed the process completing by a certain date but heard nothing.
2 years on we are still being chased for £3000 for a glossy portfolio. Now they are selling our debt to a collection agency. Taking legal advice as £3000 for no help and despite numerous emails letters and telephone calls everything it’s like communications with a brick wall.

Complicated Pensions
I have been using them since 2023 as have had complicated Pensions. They found them all and updated me various times through email. It was nice just to phone up and get the help if needed. I would never go anywhere else so highly recommended.
