They give you a pre option warning about the risks that could happen if by taking a withdrawal but they are pretty quick in responding to your requests

When i received my information about my Pension and how it is doing, Pension is doing well. the information was all at hand to sit and read through. the information so easy to read and also phone numbers in case wanted to speak to an advisor.

People there now how to talk you through the process...cluster service is excellent and you get a quick response to any emails sent.

Terrible service. I have tried repeatedly to contact them via phone and email to discuss and appeal their horrendous, and unjust fees. Not one single reply. Astronomical fees for the poorest service. Facing a fee of over 5k for a release of 25k!!!. If I had had proper, fair advice in the first place I could have stayed with my own pension provider and paid no fee at all. Do not use this company under any circumstances. A courtesy would be to have, at the very least, a phone call to discuss. This would have been nice. To date no one has been in touch. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Pension Access always manage to make pensions - often a dreary, boring subject - understandable and interesting to the non-specialist. And without talking down to the customers !

I've always found Pensionaccess helpful with any questions they also sent me an end of the year report of the performance of my pension that was easy to understand.

Everything is explained. There is no pressure to take up any of the options. Good sound financial advice was offered at a reasonable price.

Raised a complaint over misleading information supplied to me and ultimately to the Financial ombudsman service, the complaint was upheld and they issued an apology, nothing else, this is after relieving me of 18 k to transfer, be very wary about this company.

Since moving my Pension to Pension Access - I now receive quarterly performance reports plus an annual statement.
It’s all laid out well , easy to read / navigate, so you can easily check your pension pot and performance plus allocation of funds.
My pension is performing well (considering) and really enjoying the security having my hard earned £ with Pension Access.

Sought advice from pension access team on how I could free up £12,000.00 from one of my pensions. After they contacted me and reviewed my options they took me on a journey that ultimately resulted in them charging me £3,000.00 to release a £12,000.00 tax free lump. They failed to advise me at the onset that I could have simply contacted standard life direct to release the funds without being charged any fees whatsoever. Complete crooks that admitted liability and refunded me £350.00 but still claimed entitlement to £1,700.00 from my pension pot. Standard of staff that dealt with my claim was also poor often young trainees reading from a script that was clearly designed to achieve maximum commission. I won’t even go into the personal data they asked me to provide that had no relevance with the pension advise sought. Suggest you speak to an alternative pension advisor and save your hard earned cash. These advisors are cowboys that are only interested in taking a large cut of your pension and doing so on a regular basis thereafter.
