Received a mailing from this company. Clearly designed to look like it has come from the UK government and entice consumers to take pension actions thinking this is based on advice or information from the government. Logo almost appears to look like "HMRC", colouring like a tax return and inserted leaflets like official government guidance. Shame on you for attempting to prey on unsuspecting individuals and their pensions with fraudulent and misleading mailings.
The company doesn't clearly state it is from Harbour Rock Capital, which only recently changed its name from Portafina Investment Management because it had received over 200 consumer complaints. The name change appears to be due to the consumer complaints and to make its logo appear to look like "HMRC" as well.

Do not go anywhere near this company, they will give you advice on what to do with your pension and then they will mither the hell out of you day after day getting YOU to do all the work and chasing, then they will have the audacity to charge you for doing their work, absolute waste of time and unprofessional, I'm a hgv driver and they would constantly ring whilst I was driving, they would leave a message for me to call them back, each time I was greeted with an answering machine! I ended up going against their advice because I was sick of them mithering me whilst I was working.
Forgot to mention the 1% fee is just a ruse to pull you in, they'll speak a lot of pension jargle that will have you so confused you just agree to whatever they're saying, I took £5400 my tax free allowance to give to my daughter towards her mortgage and they want £1500 of it 😯😯😯

Received an unsolicited letter offering to arrange a tax-free lump sum drawdown from my pension.
Very prominent logo suggesting 5* reviews from "TRUSTED SITE". No indication what site that is. Clearly not TrustPilot.

They explained everything nice and clear for you to understand

Unsolicited mail, unethical industry
At the beginning of May, as I near my 55th birthday, I received a second unsolicited and unwanted letter from a company offering a service that you can do yourself easily for free. Pension Access will charge you many thousand's for doing it for you. They hide their charges so you cannot find them on their website. They prey on the financially illiterate.
Just like PPI, pay day loans, equity release and all the other rip-offs from the regulated financial sector, eventually the FCA will catch up with this highly unethical sector. Sadly many will have been taken advantage by then. The fact they use a Trustpilot copycat is a red flag in itself.
I hope anyone reading this is smart enough not to use this company or any other similar one because if you do you will pay huge amounts of completely unnecessary charges.
You can access all your pensions yourself for free. You do not need to pay anyone else to do it for you. It is simple, just contact the pension companies. There is even a free government service to locate all your pensions. It is called the Pension Tracing Service. There is also another free and impartial government service called Pension Wise which can help you understand the options available for accessing your pension pot.

Dont even bother with this useless company everytime I have to change anything or get my hands on my own pension they always quote the rule book take forever and completely useless worse company ever if I took ten weeks to sort out my payments I would probably be given 10 weeks I would probably end up with bad credit what a waste of space

If I could give this company a zero I would. After waiting 18 weeks to release pension funds and we’ve still received no money. But they expect us to pay them for the pleasure. DON’T use them please
Update - Now 5 months and still NOTHING it’s a bloody joke
