We could not recommend New Alliance Wealth Planning LTD enough to anyone who is wanting help with their pension. From the moment we contacted New Allianz, their help and advice has been second to none, very informative and knowledgeable. We were kept updated and informed of the process at all times and could contact them any time if there were any queries. We were assisted immediately, they were extremely efficient. It was great to know that any question we had was important and dealt with efficiently and swiftly. If you are looking for the best customer service where you are not just a number, do not hesitate to contact them, Aidan was amazing.

I honestly didn't know where to start or even what questions, the right questions, to ask. The young chap I dealt with was patient, informative, & literally took me through the process step by step. Everything was clearly explained; all options were discussed & I never felt pressured or obliged to take any of the advice. It was all dealt with very professionally & I would highly recommend their services especially, if like me, you don't have a clue!

Used Pension Advice Line to help find a family members pension. I found them to be very professional. She had not touched her pension in years and the advisor was able to locate the pension and she was able to access part of it tax free.
