Totally agree with previous comments

Totally agree with previous comments, had no wage slips for July. Emailed the addresses that I had everyday with the automated response. The named person i mailed replied to say it wasn’t her department.
Spent almost 2 hours on hold with the worst music known to man to be told that he would sort it- he didn’t.
I ended up paying my PA’s a guessed amount as they had bills to pay.
Eventually got an email to send an official complaint and cc’d my daughters worker in it.
Had a message back apologising saying holidays and lack of staff, I’ve now had 6 copies of Augusts payslips through the post.
Would not recommend and I am in the process of changing companies, ironically we have to give them notice of termination of contract. I told my SW that they broke the contract by failing to do their contracted work.

P60 all wrong which is preventing me…

P60 all wrong which is preventing me getting a mortgage. They have used someone else's national insurance number on my P60. I have now been waiting one month for them to rectify their mistake and nothing has been done. Wages not being paid on time and having to chase them for weeks, in the end i had to utilise the services of ACAS just so i would be paid. If i could give them zero stars i would.

This company isn't deserving of even the one star...

This should have a no star option because even 1 star is far to much for this company...

Rude, Disorganised, unhelpful

I have been a PA for two years now and at first had an amazing point of contact, a lovely lady called Julie who always went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble and everything that needed seeing to was dealt with straight away... unfortunately she left (and I can totally see why) since then the new point of contact a man named Drew cameron is a nightmare, doesn't answer his phone, doesn't reply to emails and on the very rare occasion you get hold of him he gives the same answer "I cant help with that it's a matter for payroll" great but noone can get any response from payroll!?! apparently there is no direct phone number for them, they don't respond to any emails and there isn't a single person who is bothered!! I can't put holidays in, the PA who covers isn't being paid correctly, im not receiving wage slips and to be honest for a company who deal with direct payments for people who are entitled to care the whole attitude is shocking!!
Not only is this a problem for me as a PA, worrying over weather I'm going to recieve pay etc but this is not the service the man I care for is paying for, they are supposed to take the stresses away not create more!! Do NOT use this direct payment provider and when I figure out where to take these complaints to I 100% will be doing...

Absolute diabolical company. Yet another year of cock-ups regards incorrect pay and HMRC details. They clearly don't understand the timesheets or bother to read them. I had incorrect figures and payslips for 3 months now and they keep sending duplicates instead of amended ones! I've been on to complaints so many times now but no one bothers to contact or rectify their incompetence!! I've sent dozens of emails and spends HOURS on the phone in queues times over 1.49hrs and they put the bloody phone down. Despicable company 😡😡😡😡😡

NEEDS TO BE A ZERO STAR OPTION

NEEDS TO BE A ZERO STAR OPTION

Horrendous company. Steer clear if you can. I've been forced by my LA to use them.

Unprofessional, don't respond to emails or voice mail messages, don't answer phones. Payroll is late, incomplete, GDPR issues, HMRC, pension issues. They lie. Wont provide line management details, have no visible complaints policy.

when they do accept a complaint they don't respond to it within their own specified timeframe.

They are brilliant at winning LA and CCG tenders - then shockingly poor at servicing them. Inexcusable. Unacceptable.

The stress they cause to carers formal and informal is just unsustainable.

I’ve been trying to contact people plus in Sheffield to pay my sons personal contributions towards his care. This company is a joke, waiting from 9am till 12 for someone to answer. Apparently on 2 separate occasions the receptionists were going to give me back a courtesy call to see if “claire” had got back to me about paying my bill. No one rang at all! 3 hours on the phone one day and over 2 hours the next! I would not recommend this company at all!

ALLOWED A JUNKIE TO RUN WILD

Was there at their Portland House, 243 Shalesmoor, Sheffield S3 8UG branch and doing a maths course in 2018 with the USELESS tutor called KELLY PIERPOINT.

We had a 'junkie clown' in class who was bouncing off the walls. He'd finish HIS work and disrupt YOURS. I first complained to the course administrator MINA SALIFU who assured me they'd stay on top of this. NOT TRUE.

KELLY PIERPOINT (my maths tutor) also didn't give a stuff and ignored EVERYTHING this junkie did. She'd even turn a "blind eye" to this clown talking during a mock test where where silence was a rule.

So, I complained again and said that this moron was taking his drugs every break and dinner. She said, "I'M NOT SILLY, I SMELL IT WHEN THEY COME IN". So, I said, "YOU'D THINK IT WOULD SLOW HIM DOWN". Her reply was "MAYBE IT AFFECTS DIFFERENT PEOPLE DIFFERENT WAYS". Yes, a tutor who allows someone to attend a class high as a kite!

The useless tutor, KELLY PIERPOINT, actually blamed ME for complaining and said "GO AND SIT SOMEWHERE ELSE". So, I totally "lost it" and stormed out and slammed the door. I then came back and complained to the manager who ALSO didn't give a stuff!

I really ought to have dealt with this 'junkie clown' myself. But I (foolishly) "THOUGHT" the correct protocol was to get this guy reported so he'd be removed. NOT A CHANCE. Staff "WANTED" this clown there at the detriment of OTHERS.

Was removed from the course for my complaints. YES, "I" was removed for complaining that my work was suffering!

BY THE WAY, PEOPLE PLUS ARE A4E UNDER "ANOTHER" NAME. NEED I SAY MORE? WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN! AVOID AT ALL COSTS IS MY ADVICE.

PS. One of my former jobcentre advisors told me how these contracts are awarded. The tenders go out and the "REALISTIC" bids from training providers who will help people into work go in.Then, the likes of A4E, put in VERY low bids. And was told that DWP "HAVE" to accept the lowest bid regardless of the service. She even said to me that THEY don't like A4e, either. So, it's obvious that PEOPLE PLUS must have also put in a low bid as the service was DIRE!

Interestingly, a couple of months earlier this junkie was in MY English class. And in the "OFFICIAL" exam this junkie spoke and said "BECKY". The invigilator ignored this, and so did the English tutor, Cheryl.

You see? They covered for this guy EVERY step. Is this fair on people who WANT to learn to have to put up with this?

I tried to contact PeoplePlus in the Newcastle Area via the phone , email them via the website and also email them directly. I got no response at all. Which is ridiculous. I decided to go with Disability North as I got an instance response from them and I was highly recommended to use the Disability North service.

The payroll department is impossible to contact. They have made many mistakes in the past resulting in missing or delayed payments.
Last week on payday, all 4 carers in my team were missing payments and we still don't know when this will be processed or the reason for the delay.
No one replies to urgent emails or answers the phone.
They are dealing with public money the government has issued to support vulnerable and disabled people and their services is a disgrace.
I will report this company for the investigation of any wrongdoing in the administration of public funds.

SCAMMERS

We have hard working PA's caring for long hours working with two disabled adults. Every month we are facing difficulties with payment, now we are at a point where there is no payment at all. We have been chasing for staff wages from the very beginning. You are a corrupt organisation and immediately need investigating. I would not be surprised of a tyrant calling the shots at the top of the organisation. Endless telephone waiting times, countless times we have been trying resolve issues, countless times we have heard we will call you back, the system or structure being used takes years to complete, enough is enough. The cost of living has rocketed and you are holding back hard workers wages which they have grafted long hours. There's no need for me to explain how valuable pa are to the families and communities. I will be raising this further with the relevant authorities and external bodies to look into this matter, absolutely sickening

For a week I have been trying to…

For a week I have been trying to contact people plus regarding my brothers carers wage as he has not received them considering pay day was exactly one week ago! I have emailed 12 different people and only one person got back to me! She was very pleasant said she would get the manager to call me the manager received the request and palmed it onto someone else and as it stands it’s 16:40pm and no one has made contact! I stayed on the phone for almost 3hours to speak to someone and surprise surprise the phone hangs up! You are given the choice to leave a voicemail and someone will contact you back but as always you get absolutely no response! People have bills to pay and they are playing god with peoples wages! How would you feel if your wages hasn’t been paid? People plus don’t seem to care for peoples lively hoods! Have the Decency to make contact and rectify the situation. At this point the carer is now seeking new employment. Absolutely shambles this needs to be looked into and sorted out!
