App seems to run ok to open. Badly affected by signal strength. Freezes if signal poor in your area. Needs a note function built into the app. On outreach, if you cant remember the postcode to log in, you need to search elsewhere for the information to log in. A notes option in the app, could copy and paste info across.
Also temperamental as I am using the phone in energy saving mode. Using this, the app can be glitchy and eat battery power.

John and Tessa have been great to work with. Both are extremely helpful and have always been there to answer any stupid questions that I have had, and there have been many! Their knowledge of the product is amazing and no ask has ever been too much with immediate responses from both. There was an issue with my Peoplesafe device, which I initially reported. I was then advised to contact Peoplesafe directly, which I did. The experience was excellent; their team was very helpful and confirmed that a replacement device was required and would be provided.

Simon Watkins swiftly came back to my request for a replacement charger for a team member. Have been able to confirm with the team member that they'll receive their device this week due to Simons quick response. Many thanks

Overall, I had a positive experience, with the only drawback being the initial setup process. While the issue was eventually resolved after I was able to speak with someone directly, finding the right information at the outset was challenging. I found myself repeatedly going back and forth through messages, as there was no dedicated support line for setup-related issues. Instead, I was continually directed to videos and tutorials, which did not fully address the problem I was experiencing.
