Didn't took the service and no refund
I did the reservation through you and there where no specifications about the amount of the deposite for this company, unfortunately when we arrive to pick up the car we didn't have that much amount as we though it was not going to pass from 500 euro so we where not able to take the service, when we went back unto the reservation there was no options for cancelation or refund and nobody to talk to or complain

Credit card and 800€ deposit
I don’t agree with being a must to have a credit card for picking the car since I already paid in advance my reservation. Also, I do not agree with the 800€ deposit that they say in the terms and conditions. I would like to be more transparent and correct in the future… before making the reservation. Also, the car is already insured by the company so why 800€ deposits? This is a scam so they can take you the money!

Each partner sets an amount for the deposit of their cars (this is visible in T&C of each offer) and the type of card (credit or debit) to collect the vehicle. Our Premium Protection guarantees the return of the deposit and the excess in case of damage or theft but the company will still block a deposit amount on your credit card.
