Good company to check prices, sometimes charges at car rental company are not informed previously.

I book the car 5 months before my holiday and the price was cheap. The info about the insurance and the price was good and in the Avis office they have been nice.

Very professional and friendly staff, making this extra effort that distinguishes the company from other companies. Better car than I had asked for, almost new, in very good shape. Return process uncomplicated and quick.

Very good search engine, affordable insurance option to cover out of pocket fees in case of something bad happens.
Some rental companies they work may have bad service but that's obviously out of their control, you have reviews to avoid the lemon agencies.

I liked getting information on prices and ratings for different car rental companies. Being able to do comparisons was very good. However, the ability to make changes and updates on the portal was confusing at times. I also found that the rental car companies almost frown on rentals made through online travel agents...feels like you are treated as a second class customer (as opposed to booking directly from them). The service and the cars offered seems to be prioritized for their direct customers

Good service, is cheaper than many others but i think it still being a little bit expensive.

They accept my booking with Interrent in Menorca for pick up the car on 14th July between 23:00-00:00. I arrived at the car office at 23:57h and it was closed, so I couldn’t have the prepaid car till the next day.

Very easy process but total uncertainty of what you will get in the end. I ordered diesel, got petrol. Ordered a Hatchback, got a microSUV (paying more or getting a Dacia Lodgy).

The reservation process was quick and very clear, with an unbeatable price, and the company chosen eas AVIS with a very high standard of quality of rental vehicles

I can't tell you how much I'm desapointed, not to say sick !!!

I had no confirmation, no voucher, no nothing form Pepecar via email. I had to connect to the internet at the airport to get it and the PDF loading on my phone didn't even worked (your mobile website barly does; Trust me I build websites). So I used the pay per coin internet computer and take a picture of the voucher.

In the end I've paid 250€ insead of 100€ for 4 days.
100 € online plus 150€ onsite by Pepecar partner and it took us 2h30 to get an already booked car !

I'm more than upset and do not recommend Pepecar, Pepecar being responsible for its suppliers and partners.
