TERRIBLE customer service DO NOT BOOK. I booked them for a carpet clean and they never turned up - 2 hours late I called the team they said he had broken down so I though “fair enough” and rebooked them for the following week. They didn’t turn up for over 2 hours after the appointment time for that either - I called 3 x every time spoke to someone different who said they would call me back with a time but didn’t. Hopeless. I’ve asked for a refund I can only hope that I get it.

Turned up very late promised 4 people but only 2 turned up. They stayed 2.5 hrs but should have been all day to deep clean a 7 bed house. The two men here then had the cheek to say they were starting up their own cleaning company and could they send me their website details.
Dreadful company who don’t seem to have any shame.

I made a booking with this company a couple of days ago for the end of October, which is over a month away. The person on the phone was very nice and friendly, and confirmed my booking. I then got their terms and conditions sent to me, and it says that you need to pay no later than 48 hours ahead of the due date. Since then I had an email requesting payment so I emailed back to say that I would certainly pay in advance, but not yet. Immediately after that email I got a call from a man who demanded immediate payment, and when I said I wasn't prepared to do that, he said he would cancel my booking, and put the phone down. There is something seriously wrong with this company. Avoid.

I’m mostly pleased with the job. You can see a massive difference on our fabric sofa. However, the technician sprayed the sofa over after he’d finished with more wet chemicals and I thought he would dry it off again. It was left, despite me asking. He didn’t bother to dry the removable covers and the sofa is still very, very wet. I’ve had to use towels to soak up the residue. He told me it would be dry within half an hour….it’s been 3.5 hours now and still can’t sit on sofa.

booked a month in advanced confirmed the day before and they didn't have the booking and didn't want to do the job - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT USE THEM.

Reading all the negative reviews for this company, I can see I got off lightly! The cleaner arrived over an hour EARLY and therefore I had no time to remove bedding from off the mattress or shift furniture out of the bedroom in preparation.
The mattress clean lasted less than 20 minutes and as I write this, the mattress is still slightly stained, is ringing wet and is dripping water all over the fitted carpet!

I paid for a carpet cleaning service and the job was really rushed. Stains remained and the edges were not touched. The cleaners spilt dusty/dirty water on their way out in the communal corridor and didn’t both cleaning it up. The carpet smelt like a wet dog for weeks after.

Today's clean was a complete disaster! He forgot to clean the downstairs toilet.
The cooker range was obviously not touched either, as the middle part had a pool of olive oil still there.
The so called mopped floors were sticky, and I have yet to go upstairs and check out the master bedroom and ensuite plus the family bathroom.

I was rushed into paying for carpets to be cleaned on my first phone call. Very cheap price and now I see why. Whole house finished in 1 hour. Not a single piece of furniture moved. Not even our washing bin. Felt like I’d of been better off hiring the carpet cleaner and doing myself as areas (corners) needed more than a quick once over. Pay more and get a better service.

This is a shame of a company. They are clearly set up to con people. Avoid at all costs.
The rates are very enticing, and now I know why. They sent round two stoned teenage boys who looked like they were going to rob the place. I wanted 4 rooms doing - around 1300 sq ft. I thought it would have taken 2-3 hours. Instead, it took them around 30 mins, but they did manage to break my sofa, which the company won't pay for because the two stoners wouldn't admit to it.
They couldn't care less. This is why they take the money upfront.

Had the worst experience with this company, paid £462 for a full house clean, carpet and oven clean in Bath.
Cleaning teams aren't local and come from all over the country.
One man turned up on time, was very pleasant and did a good job, two other men turned up 4 hours after the first man to help.
They didn't speak very good English, were rushing to get the job done and I had to ask them to clean things again as it wasn't done properly. They then also left without notice and the other man had to finish off the job by himself for another few hours - very odd.
My end of tenancy inventory was carried out the next day, and they found a number of things not cleaned to the correct standard which ended up costing me and fellow tenants over £600 in additional cleaning fees - something that could of been avoided had they cleaned my property to a professional standard first.

After making these claims to the company, they finally agreed to refund some of the costs to me however 3 weeks later I am still yet to receive my money back. I have called the company countless times, to which they respond that they will pass it onto their accounts team? But I never receive any phone calls back or the money back into my account.
I've phoned again today and they said the money should be back in my account after an hour, so lets see if it finally arrives?

All in all, don't go anywhere near this company, awful cleaners and even worse office/customer service staff.

What a fraud.
I explained I was looking for hoarder cleaners and that there were hundreds of bottles and rubbish.
They arrived totally ill equipped. Two young men with no idea of the extent of the problem.
They took my £540 in advance . Said they couldn't take away any rubbish and left us out of pocket and still mountains of rubbish and a filthy flat .
Happy to tell you anything to get your money. Massive CON.

Imperfect cleaning company.
Total rip off. Didn’t expect a great deal to start with as the property wasn’t in a good state, but they were eager to do what they could and weren’t phased when I explained. The one cleaner had virtually no products or equipment to tackle anything.I did expect some effort to be made, liaised with the cleaner who could do little with limited cleaning products ( one). After 2 hours the cleaner left. I emailed a complaint to the company, no reply. Phoned and was told system down , couldn’t get my details up, but after asking if they received my complaint email they said yes & it has been passed to manager. So they knew who I was. They said they would ring me. To which I said that wasn’t likely & I wanted them to return to do a better job. I had to ring a few days later to chase this up, was met with an offhand limited conversation. They weren’t prepared to return but as I pointed out initially they had said they would clean the cooker & they hadn’t. A call back was arranged. This was one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. A total waste of money. I should have read the reviews here beforehand. They shouldn’t have any star rating at all.

Two turned up on time to clean sun room, lounge, large hall and landing plus one cloak room and one en-suite.
Very polite, quietly efficient.

Worst experience of my life with any company. We book a large cleaning job of a country house, where they said they would send 3 people and that would be enough.

They first only send 2 people, who between them only complete about 40% of the job in one day.

We then have to fight with them to send people back to finish the job.

When they return to finish the job, they only send 1 person to finish the remaining 60% of a job for which 2 people completed only 40% in one day. The Manager, Matthew, then tries to argue with us that since we originally asked for 3 people, he only sent one. And he keeps telling us "that's what we said we paid for".

We paid £1,500 for the job to be completed, and the manager tries to be clever with us rather than being honest about the fact we want the job completed and don't care how many cleaners they send.

The icing on the cake: they put chemicals on the tiles and paint in the kitchen, which causes significant damage. We said we didn't want photos taken for security reasons, and apparently because of that he accepts no liability for the damage clearly caused by his cleaner.

Please for your sake never use this company.

Booked to have a 3 seater, armchair and snuggle chair (2seater) cleaned. From start to finish 26 mins for all 3 ☹️☹️ . Still some stains on the chairs, not sure how but more water on the floor than on the chairs. Said he had mopped up but left floor still wet. Had to redo the floor myself. Won’t be using them again…

AVOID! Took the money upfront and cancelled at the last minute. Then, had to fight to get the money back, took seven days, and never called me back when asked.

Very poor customer service, would not recommend.
