They didn't turn up the first day - hence the lost star! However the second day they arrived and I am really pleased - they did a great job - thanks so much

Very disappointing. The front of the ovens were left smeared and I had to clean them with vinegar to remove the marks. The inside glass of one of the ovens has been left smeared and I can’t get to it to clean it as I don’t know how to remove the front glass from the oven. Also the base of that oven has been left with a large crusty stain that should have come off with the oven cleaner. The guys were pleasant enough but the final outcome was ver disappointing and the smear marks will not show in the photos taken. Also I was quoted £85 for the entire job but £102 was taken from my card without explanation.
Disappointing as we were looking for additional cleaning services but now won’t use this company again.

Sent 1 guy for a 3 person job. I even had to help them. I get my exit report from agents and told the place hasn't even been cleaned.
They refused to acknowledge it wasn't done right and demand paperwork of receipts that are the landlords which I can not get.
Useless. Not even an offer of a refund whatsoever. AVOID THEM!!!!!

Less than perfect cleaning! Save yourself the heartache.

Came a couple of days ago. Turned up late - no apology. Missed hard floors from entire rooms, dust still everywhere. Pulled up the sink plugs in the bathrooms - still sticky and full of hair, kitchen half done. Surfaces above left untouched. Didn't check I was happy with the clean and looked disappointed that I made them scrape off some limescale they'd simply wiped over (the limescale was the big selling point). I spent the following day cleaning having spent £331 for the full 'sparkle' clean with them (and no I don't want them back!). They were pleasant enough but even the van they arrived in was absolutely filthy inside. Total waste of time. It felt like the main company - who promised a spotless finish - had just booked the cheapest cleaners they could find and pocketed the rest. Avoid.

We have booked End of Tenancy full package in Basingstoke, they did not do any cleaning. Worst service we had. I have emailed them with few photos showing the cleaners did not even clean most of the items atall. No response from them. They charged me £357. Never use their service again and will inform all my friends how bad they clean. 0/5 rating. I have to pay my landlord again for cleaning the house now.

Good communication from the office and regular updates. Technicians arrived on time, did an excellent job with the house clean and carpet clean. However, although the oven was cleaned they used the wrong chemicals on the knobs and stripped off the lettering as well as damaging the handles and wooden floor below. Contacted the office and sent photographs. They did not argue and agreed to replace the damaged items and make good floor. Can't complain if they follow through.

Disappointed with the cleaning of the kitchen. Sink and draining board were left all smeary.

Not even 1 star - no stars at all. Oven clean booked well in advance. First appointment no show, called the office after the given time 'he's held up in traffic and can't come'. No call to advise me in advance, no apology. Second appointment cancelled by phone 'staff shortages'. Then an email received with another appointment. No show. Phoned the office 'Oh the job is cancelled' Profuse apologies from the telephonist, poor girl bore the brunt of my ire. So no clean oven to pass on to the purchasers of my property when they move iin next week.

The company attended to do a final tenancy clean on a rental property. On inspection, the work was appalling. I complained the same day and provided photographs of cobwebs; dust; dirt; marks etc. They re-attended and still the work was just as bad, with many items still horrendous. The landlord of the property that we were renting from said, that the company had been given two chances; photographs had been provided to them and he was not giving them another opportunity to come back. The Landlord employed an alternative cleaner and I have had to pay for a second time. I contacted the company and said it wasn't acceptable and they said that they would come back to me once they had spoken with the technician. I continuously called the company repeatedly from 19/07/2022 - 23/07/2022 and was given many empty promises. Finally yesterday, Matt advised that he would give £100 back, but I explained that this wasn't acceptable as the Landlord had instructed a new cleaner as they had failed on two occasions and I was having to foot the bill. He said if I wasn't happy with it, I should take it further. The standard of work is appalling and the cavalier attitude from the company is even more appalling. I have raised a claim against them

If I could I would rate them zero. Turned up three days later then we booked, didn’t clean the house at all and have been horrible afterwords. They left the house in the same state they found it. Took advantage of the fact we were students and have denied everything.
Worst cleaners DO NOT BOOK.

We had several texts confirming the arrival time of the technician but in the end we had to call them as they were late.
The carpets were well cleaned and the technician was a lovely, friendly man who worked really quickly and efficiently. I would be happy to rebook with this company.

This not-so-perfect cleaning company called me 1/2 before they were due to cancel because they said the “technician” had covid. We had just emptied the lounge of everything as told to do. This was 11 in the morning, so surely they could have rung earlier and saved me and my husband the effort on the hottest day. Thoroughly disgusted.
After reading the reviews I am quite pleased they didn’t. The reviews are terrible.

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked this company. They charged me £300 to do a deep clean on the flat I have purchased and the guy that came has not cleaned anything. Because I couldn’t get in before we exchanged I didn’t discover how dirty the flat is until I moved in. Do Not Use This Company they take your money for nothing

They have done an awful job, left the carpets with tide lines across them. Rescheduled 4 times , honoured none of there terms and conditions. Do not use them

Booked this "company" to clean our 11 bedroom house after the end of our tenancy and instead, ended up over £500 in debt with a dirty house. We arranged for the clean to happen days before the end of the tenancy and instead the cleaner decided to call in sick, fine. But we then arranged for another date, which happened to be the day we all moved out and conviently would not be there to monitor the clean. Cleaners were let in to do their job, however, the day after, we receive complaints from our landlady that the house has been left in terrible condition, odd since we hired a CLEANING company to leave the place spotless. We then received multiple photos indicating that this company had left the place in the same condition it started with. Realising we've just been scammed out of £550, we contact the company various times with no hope for a refund. Instead, the manager says the only thing he can do is arrange another clean, which we reluctantly agree to. Loe and behold, the cleaners do not turn up on the day and the place is still a mess. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A CLEAN HOUSE. IT IS A SCAM. We will be escalating this further with either legal action or contacting the authorities.

Horrible end of tennancy service in Bath for student house. Blatantly a scam in how they've approached the situation. Multiple delays before anyone actually came and when someone did they didn't clean the house to any standard at all. Contacting them to negotiate a refund was stonewalled only to be met with an offer to come back and clean again but were inevitably a no-show on the organised date and refused to provide a booking receipt. DO NOT BOOK A CLEANING SERVICE WITH THEM.

UPDATE: THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO REFUSE A REFUND AND WE HAVE FOUND ONE OF OUR HOOVERS HAD GONE MISSING AFTER THEIR FIRST VISIT. DO NOT BOOK.

Only given One Star as no stars not an option! Paid almost £400 for an end of tenancy clean to include carpet clean and anti stain treatment & appliances clean. Got a call from letting agents the following day… cupboards and drawers not cleaned out and carpets not cleaned! Called and emailed - slow response. They agreed to go out and re-do the job, failed to make arrangements with the letting agent as agreed. Then, THEN… the man who carried out the substandard clean phoned my mobile asking why I’d complained because he’d had the cost of the clean taken from his wages and he had no money left because I’d had a refund!! WHAT REFUND? The saga continues! Look elsewhere, don’t use this company!

End of tenancy cleaning was needed. First thing I'll say is that I wish I'd read the reviews here before. Somehow, they forgot to put them on their oh-so-perfect "Testimonials" page on their website. I am talking about the Bath area, so if you're from here, do NOT waste your money and time.
My flatmates and I had an 11-bedroom student house and only the kitchens, bathrooms, and living room were to be cleaned. They were let in and we had left as it was the last day of our tenancy (they were to come three days earlier but called in sick - probably only have one employee in the whole branch innit). A day later we receive a call from our agent that the house is in a terrible state and it was me that had to see it as I moved within the area.
Besides the fact that, when they came, they said they'd clean the hallways and appliances (the hallways were untouched and filthy), let's say they didn't and were to only do the common rooms. One kitchen out of two was cleaned, and the living room, and the appliances were still dirty. Every other bathroom and kitchen was just.... left? Untouched. Bizarre. Did they just think we'd forget about having other rooms or not look into them or something? They just left without contact, without saying they'd come back for the rest, nothing.
Many emails, phone calls, and complaints later, and obviously asking for a refund - which would be a common courtesy at this point - manager says all they can do is come back and finish the rooms. As if the already "cleaned" ones were OK. Winding myself up just thinking about it.
Hopefully that painted a picture for you of why not to spend money on irresponsible rude disrespectful scammers. I have no idea who they think they're fooling. Stay safe!

Prompt and courteous service up until the job was done , but then everything changed. I contacted them because I considered that a couple of areas were missed on a sofa, but they didn’t want to know - just sent an email fobbing me off, no follow up courtesy phone call.
Terrible customer service and not the best cleaning result either.
