Overall we're really, really happy with how our 4h cleaning job turned out. The flat is cleaner than when we first moved in and stains have been removed that we were never able to get off, no matter how hard I was scrubbing them! The reason I'm not giving five stars is because of some communication issues re whether there was free parking available and whether VAT was included. However, all was resolved in the end. Overall pretty happy! (:

Paid in full beforehand, but wish I hadn’t. Very nice man, on time, polite and tidy. Sofa 3 years old and not overly grubby, but wanted clean for moving to new house. Sadly marks on back where heads go , and seat cushions, are no better , even though I asked the man to redo as not coming clean. Wouldn’t use again or recommend.

Do not use this company! Bath cleaners

I booked 4 hours to clean my flat. The cleaner did not bother to stay the full 4 hours, left his own personal waste in our bin without using a bin bag, and it was clear he did not Hoover and dust properly ! There was dust remaining on the surfaces I had specifically pointed out to cleaner, as well as clumps of dust and hairs on the carpet and bathrooms.
Moreover, when I emailed customer service, I was met with very rude and snide remarks from the company, who never denied that their cleaner did a bad job and did not stay the entire 4 hours, but refused to consider even a partial refund (when pricing is per hour, and I paid for a service I did not receive). I am very disappointed and lost £150 in this process ! Do not use this company if you are in Bath area, they are quite literally scammers who do not prioritize efficient cleaning and professionalism.

Arrived late (no problem), but then clearly stressed and a massive rush job (less than an hour for 4 bedroom house), with missed parts and rough handling of our furniture and hoses causing some minor decorative damage. Rude to my wife when she tried to intervene and offer to help.
Complained to manager (Matt), who then never called back (said he did but no missed calls or messages received). When i chased immediately told he'd spoken to technician and was happy satisfactory job done - before i'd even said what our issues were! Dismissed our concerns outright. When i said technician refused us offering to help move furniture, stated this was a health and safety issue - even though website specifically states owners may be asked to help to do this!
Refused to acknowledge any fault at all, or offer any refund. Did offer to send someone else to re clean, but no way we would let this company back in our house
We paid for an additional cleaning with a different company the next day. Massive difference - well over 2 hrs spent, professional approach and huge amount of additional dirt removed that the previous supposedly adequate clean had missed.
The technician was late and stressed. He did apologise to my wife at the end for having been rude, and did at least try to make some amends. The flippant and dismissive manner in which our concerns were handled by Matt the manager however, showed appalling customer service and how little satisfaction counts for this company

Having accepted a quote for £1,000 to "Deep Clean" our property following building works, and paying 50% upfront to "Platinum Superior" who appear to go by the name of The Perfect Cleaning Company and Platinum Superior Cleaners, they turned up on time on the agreed date.
It became very clear, very quickly that there was a poor standard of work being undertaken (especially after being asked if I wanted the stairs hoovered by one operative!!). The gentleman who appeared to be in charge was asked by me to have a walk round before completing to make sure everything was acceptable. This did not happen, and they left at 15:00 whereupon I called their office to be told that the "Complaints Manager" had left for the day, which is surprising given the tsunami of poor reviews we should have paid more attention to.
I have spent almost a week trying (and failing) to get them to come back to carry out what they were contracted to do, only to be told I had to pay in full before they would return. This, after failing so badly to undertake a deep clean on a six bedroomed house with three operatives who left at 15:00 more interested in their journey home and taking a leisurely lunch, than if we were happy with what they had not done during the day.
All we wanted was the property cleaned and would have happily paid for that to be done, but that seems to be beyond the understanding of this company who, after to failing to deliver once now want full payment up front before they will consider returning. Full payment for a job which needs doing again - this time by a reputable company who understand what customer care and service delivery actually is.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND ANY ASSOCIATION WITH PLATINUM SUPERIOR AT ALL COSTS.
Unless of course you are happy with overpriced inferior quality work and appalling customer care, in which case, of course, this lot are perfect for you.
We are commencing County Court proceedings for recovery of the deposit paid and their failure to complete the task they were contracted to do. Stay clear to avoid being in the same position as us.

Arrived on time, very pleasant and did a thorough job

I had my carpets cleaned by Perfect Cleaning co and the carpets were left in worst condition. Contact the company but customer care does not exist in this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER COMPLETE SCAM.

Very happy with the process and the result. Arrived on time and immediately went to work; completed quickly having done a thorough job.

Avoid this company for end of tenant cleaning. The customer service seemed nice at first and the booking was made for a 2 day clean of a 4 bedroom rental house. They sent 2 people to clean and "finished" in less than 1 day. The work performed was so bad that the landlord is charging me for a second clean as it was nowhere near the standard of an end of tenancy cleaning. The company had no interest in solving this amicably and refused any refund. Save your money and find a company that can do it right.

For the price quoted, we expected a deep clean of the ground floor of the house.
While what was done was mostly OK but the extent of the clean was disapointing.
The oven grills were left needing a thorough rinse and a subsequent close look showed a number of points where the clean was inadequate,
this included some staining in the corners of window frames which was easily removable and tile edges in the kitchen.
The cleaner worked hard enough but we expected much more for the price. The level of cleaning is what we would have expected from a routine weekly cleaner.
We regretted not inspecting the work closer on completion and would have raised an issue at the time if we had.
We cannot recommend this company - very poor value for money.

Impressed, within a couple of hours the carpets throughout our home are clean fresh & like new, my oven is 10 years old & looks amazing. Thank you & will book for another Spring clean next year

Terrible service, This company is scam do not use them and never pay them a deposit. I have several issues with cleaning a-raised by my estate agents. On contacting they refuse to take any responsibility. Avoid this company!!!!

I just wish I had taken 'before' photos, but I didn't expect for a moment, that my oven would look that different when finished!
It started out with brown racks and disgusting burnt on lumps on the oven floor. I think it would have taken me at least three goes to get it looking only half as good.
Now its sparking clean, and no spots whatsoever anywhere....in fact it looks brand new!
No chemicales were used either, all natural enzymes.

I was sent several messages confirming that a technician would be with me for a 1 hour specified cleaning spot. An hour an half after he was supposed to have arrived, still no technician. The number on the confirmation messages did not connect, I was very worried considering that they had already taken a 50% deposit for the job. After a frantic google search I managed to find another number for this company and was met with very rude and unhelpful staff who told me a number of different stories as why I had not received the service I had booked weeks before, was hung up on and did not receive promised call backs. I contacted my bank for a refund assuming that I had been scammed - after which they contacted me to refund my deposit. Hours of wasted time and I still have a dirty carpet. terrible service, terrible staff.

The Perfect Cleaning Company were very professional and able to book us in quickly. Rob, Kay, Jason and Matthew work tirelessly throughout the day to get the house ready for us to move into. It was a pleasure having them here and I highly recommend them for the deep clean service.

Would not recommend at all. Property was not properly cleaned. They arrived late and were understaffed. In the process of moving their carpet cleaning equipment into the property they damaged the hallway of the building, resulting in me having to pay a decorator £240.00 to put right the damage. Contacted the company who denied all responsibility. Very expensive for a job not done property.

Our oven desperately needed cleaning as we were moving home. The company came on time, was excellent with communication and has given our oven which has seen better days a platinum clean. I will definitely be using this company again for any future cleaning needs. Helps that the chemicals are children and pet safe so there's no need to worry about toxic fumes or harsh chemicals.

DO NOT USE! these are a bunch of clowns that should not be in business. They arrive late and clean your house with old and dirty equipment, which leaves everything worse of than what it was. They even broke some of my blinds. The management is rude and dishonest. They are very quick to take payment but refuse to fix their failures or refund you. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

STEER CLEAR FROM THIS BUSINESS!! Very shoddy service. The property was left more dirty than before they started. Firstly they send only 2 people to clean a 4 bed house. They arrived late and at 5pm clocked off with house an absolute mess. They then offered to do a reclean. Assigning one person that arrived 3 hours late and could only spend 2 hours cleaning. This person was just as terrible. They REFUSED to refund me and got nasty on the phone with me. I finally had to get another company to clean up after them, which cost me double. Please dont trust them them. You will regret the decision to do business with them.
