I ordered one perfum and they don't even answer the e-mails. This is really a huge rip off. They should be reported!

they say that they send to Europe from a warehouse in Spain. They sent me from Egypt. I also had to pay customs. Finally, the perfume is completely fake. Do not buy anything from them

I agree with all the comments, the perfume is a fake one, they sent it open, unsealed, no box, half filled, smelt like alcohol, the spray almost falling off and the bottle is very old, label is worn out. and they don't have a return policy and the company is from somewhere that is not in the website. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Ordered 2 bottles of perfume on Jan 24th. They were delivered Jan 29th. Nothing wrong with it. No fake at all!

They lie in everything, They say they are based in the USA but they are actually from Egypt, they say it’s original, and it’s not. Also they have this well written on article 6 on their guidelines, where after the payment has been confirmed they will not in any circumstance refund the value, also on that same article they mention that the perfumes “may”, meaning THEY WILL be different than the original brand ones, even tho say they are “original”. Also TAP PAYMENTS, the company that accepts the money from they is also as responsible for this scam, since they do nothing about it, and still do business with them. DO NOT BUY, DOESNT MATTER WHAT THEY SAY, IT’S ALL LIES

Do not buy. The site is a scam. I ordered 3 perfumes and they all came unpackaged with a used bottle and I can't even say the smell has any similarity to the original. I was practically robbed of 115 euros.

They blocked me on Instagram, Facebook, because I wrote a comment that I haven't received perfume for 5 months. They don't answer messages or calls. The order was placed in September, so far I have not received anything and I am blocked.

Prompt delivery at a reasonable/unbelievable price - what's not to love? Trouble is the fragrance is not the real deal. Smells nice enough but is definitely a fake. I think I may just have purchased the world's most expensive shoe/car deodoriser.

I bought 2 perfumes from this website in October.The tracking info still shows the order is processing.I have contacted them several times and they tell me they are checking on it but never get another reply.I try to phone them several times no one reply.This is a scam do not buy from this site.I want my money back as soon as possible.

Hi bought 3 perfumes from them on July 2023, and did not receive until today. I have sent a lot of email, without answers. After a long time they responded in October, referring that the company is/was facing some situation, but everything is solved, and they would delivery my items in less than 15days. And that wasn't true, I did not receive.

I ordered 13th of October YSL libre and today is 16th of December and it still hasn't arrived. They told us the reason is that my perfume is in the basket but when I sent them the proof that I actually payed they didn't respond even though they keep sending me promotion emails. This website is a scam and I don't reccomend ordering from it!

I ordered perfume in October 10th and its December 15th still haven't recieved I still say website is SCAM if it isn't then how come I've not recieved my order or a refund for that case..I emailed them and didn't hear anything back

I’ve ordered a perfume as a Xmas present back in November and up until now not received it and not even heard anything about the order status. Contacted them via email, via the form in their website and via WhatsApp using their phone No. provided and got no response!
Please be aware and do not use this company!!!
